Few times in my life have I found people willing to go the extra mile for service and customer…read moresatisfaction. Mario Botton is one of those rare few. I met Mario this year just in time for the 2016 tax season. I was new to the area and recently separated from the United States Army. I had no idea what to do since I lost free tax preparation from being in the service. Mario offered his services to me and my wife. He took time to help us think of everything I could claim. He showed us ways that most people cheat themselves out of returns. In the end, Mario helped us net 5 times the amount of money for federal return than what we tried on our own online attempt. He truly cares about his business, reputation, and his customers. He also has an incredible devotion to military families and service members (still serving or veteran). I could not have asked for a better professional to do my taxes than Mario Bottoni. He also has an amazing connection to Manilus and the surrounding Syracuse area. His reputation for excellence and customer care is present in his years of experience in the area. I happily recommend Mr. Bottoni and his services to those wishing to get the most out of their return and the entire tax preparation experience. If you are a veteran, service member, or a member of a military family, I highly encourage you to seek out this man. P. S. Don't forget to ask him about the best hidden gems to eat at in Syracuse. He knows amazing places where you can celebrate after you finish tax preparation with him. Respectfully, Toby Wall

I met with Joe Pompo and he explained to me in lay terms the process and sequence of filings past due returns. He was overall very responsive to the many emails/phone calls I made (admittedly I reallty don't know much about taxes so his willingness to break things down in a way I could understand was a huge help. Currently, I use FJ Pompo to do the book-keeping for my company and Paymaster Payroll for my payroll needs - Paymaster is owner by FJ Pompo. The cost of the accounting services ended up being a little more than half of what I had budgeted based on my prior accountant. I would refer F J Pompo, specifically Joe Pomo, to any of my friends and family. I am not being compensated in any way for this review and I am not related to/affiliated wifh anyone from FJ Pompo, however, after the returns were filed Joe did mention that his business grows primarily through referrals and word of mouth so I decided to write this review
