Few times in my life have I found people willing to go the extra mile for service and customer satisfaction. Mario Botton is one of those rare few. I met Mario this year just in time for the 2016 tax season. I was new to the area and recently separated from the United States Army. I had no idea what to do since I lost free tax preparation from being in the service.
Mario offered his services to me and my wife. He took time to help us think of everything I could claim. He showed us ways that most people cheat themselves out of returns. In the end, Mario helped us net 5 times the amount of money for federal return than what we tried on our own online attempt. He truly cares about his business, reputation,and his customers. He also has an incredible devotion to military families and service members (still serving or veteran).
