We had exchanged e-mails last week, Mary had offered two potential times. I e-mailed back saying that one of the times worked, giving both my Skype name and telephone number. I never heard back, but assumed that we would be meeting, since she specified a date and time. I had cleared my morning schedule to meet, and waited...and waited. I didn't hear anything, so I called her office twice, got no response. Finally, I e-mailed her, and received this response back: "Sorry, I've been swamped. After further thought, I don't believe I have capacity for this work in 2019. Good luck with your search. Thanks for contacting me. Mary" Not being able to work with a potential client because you have too much work? Totally understandable! Not saying this upfront while offering meeting times, then being a complete no-show at the time you suggested, while simultaneously not being reachable via phone? Very unprofessional.

March 6, 2026, WARNING!! to any existing or potential clients, please read this review. I am 74 and…read morein poor health, I was an independent family Doctor in Tacoma for 45 years. I kept my private practice open during Covid despite great financial loss out of my retirement fund to pay my staff, but only see emergent patients. And unfortunately, my entire staff including myself contracted Covid. But this was my community duty as a Family Doctor, and my hippocratic oath. The federal government offered some help to partially compensate doctors that kept their private practices open during the pandemic with a program called the employee retention credit. elite CPA assured me after a 45 year relationship that they could take care of the necessary CPA paperwork for federal reimbursement. Apparently elite sent in the wrong forms or filled them out incorrectly, and then sent the corrected forms late past the government guidelines; after working on these for over three years, costing me thousands and thousands of dollars. I can't afford the loss because I'm retired and run a private rescue ranch for horses, dogs, and cats which is very expensive. Instead of investigating what happened and compensate me if THEY found any mistakes that were made, Mr. Dadgar the principal, decided not to investigate what happened or give me any explanation for all the money that was lost, and then terminated our relationship without cause. I am currently asking the Washington State board of accountancy to do a thorough investigation and apply any necessary penalties and fines. If they find professional misconduct, mistakes, neglect, and or fraud, penalties could include large fines, and loss of their state license. I have given the state proof of mistakes, misconduct, and neglect, which caused their client great financial loss. Also possible fraud as they held a $53,000 check for months all the time denying they had it, and making me go through the trouble of trying to get a second check from the IRS; which probably raised a red flag for my account for AUDIT! Is there anyone out there that would want a CPA like this? I have tried to communicate with elite CPA to resolve our fee dispute, and just find out what happened. But all I get is threats of penalty fees and collection agencies. Elite CPA even refused to send my records so I could find out what happened, and find a new CPA, which is the state law. PLEASE, if you ever had an independent family DOCTOR that cared for you and your family, help me resolve this by calling elite CPA and ask them to fulfill their professional obligations. I am in very poor health, and this is not how I wanted to spend my retirement. Believe me, these people will not have your back if there's any problems. Tonight is Friday, March 6, 2026, I will continue to keep this review posted of the outcome of the states investigations and results, and any state fines, or penalties; and if elite decides to fulfill their obligations. Christy was the type of Business Owner I wanted to help me in securing insurance for my house, auto and umbrella..................she explained everything to me like I was her student..............She has an admiral way about her presentation, and you just lean forward and take it all in. She is easy to look at and she speaks with a proactive approach as she wants you to understand completely what she is teaching you, and I say, teaching, because it is a form of teaching, of all the ends and outs of insurance coverage's. So she is through, as she should be..............now the other part to this insurance policy, is putting it in writing......and that is where Lindy comes in. Lindy took all of the information for my policy from Christy and than made up the policy for home, auto and umbrella, and when I looked over the policy it was readable and while reading it, lindy stood by to make sure what she wrote up was what i understood was to be the new policy that Christy and I had agreed to, and it was. The very last time I was involved with such technical data was in the military. Christy was amazing, and Lindy was heart warming......................Today was a perfect day. I don't know where you can do better if you want insurance coverage. I wish I had State Farm many years ago from this Agency.

I bought an Allstate policy through Ken when I moved to the area. From day one it was a painful…read moreprocess. He pushed really hard to get me onto their per mile tracking program. Really hard. I appreciated the savings but didn't appreciate the push. He pushed really hard to get me to transfer my renters and pet policies to Allstate even though they could not compete on price. Our conversation got so laborious I had to outright ask "are you willing to sell me car insurance or not?" Ken is friendly on the phone but talks in circles and doesn't listen, so be prepared to set aside 30 minutes for a quick question. A few months in I decided the per mile plan was't working for me and requested a quote for the standard plan. I took me an entire months (4 weeks!) to get a quote from him, with long delays to emails and inconsistently answering the phone (to eventually not at all). So many follow-ups to finally get a quote. He continued to push the per mile plan hard enough that I had to ask "are you somehow incentivized to keep me on per mile plan?" By this point I was frustrated enough to no longer wish to do business with Ken (Allstate in general is fine. I had no issues with my previous agent in California). I emailed and called to request he cancel my policy as I had signed with a competitor who was willing to take my money with no issues. Ken never replied to voicemail or emails! Eventually I logged into the Allstate app and saw that my policy had been cancelled. Ken heard my pleas to cancel and cancelled the policy but did not have the decency to even reply. I'm disappointed with the way my time with Ken Madison Allstate went. I'm not that hard to please-- I just ask that you listen to my requests and have the decency to reply. This baseline level of service was not provided consistently enough that I feel Ken achieved what he must have wanted all along: losing me as a client. I still have the OBD tracking device and an outstanding refund for the remainder of funds that were in my account but I will not bother reaching out to Ken because he will not respond.

Supposedly a service to stop unwanted FAX machine calls. This really is a scam debt collection…read morebusiness. What I did was submit my name and telephone number to FAXHALT to stop the middle-of-the-night FAX machine calls that woke me occasionally. Now I get 2 robo-call calls a month from a FAXHALT number that says "We have a court order to serve you for unpaid debts". Oh really, a debt from whom? Your cousin, the Nigerian prince, who has $2.6 million to send me if I provide my bank account information? The calls are from 720-386-XXXX, the last four digits change regularly to confound your efforts to block the calls. Don't accept the Robo-calls. Sadly there is nothing that you can do to stop them. Filing a FCC complaint report is useless.
