My husband and I were traveling from Houma, LA to Champaign, IL to spend the holidays with our family. This particular event was very special to us, since it was the first time in six years that all of our family would be together in one place for Christmas. We had spent the night at a local hotel on Dec 22nd, we rose the following day and after loading our luggage, placed the vehicle in drive, however the transmission would not engage. After turning off the vehicle, and restarting it, we were able to drive to your shop. Where we met Bob Rogers. My husband explained the problem we were experiencing, but Bob went right to work. He quickly ran a diagnostic and then took the vehicle for a test drive. The prognosis was pretty grim. The transmission needed to be replaced. But Bob assured us that if he could locate the necessary parts that he could make the repairs. You found a transmission for us, and put two men to begin the repairs. A short time later, you offered us the loan of your truck, in order for us to grab a bite to eat. We had arrived at 8:00 am on Dec 23rd, and left your shop at 2:00 pm that same day. We consider what you did for us a "Christmas miracle"! We have shared our story now with countless friends and family. Their response has mirrored our own. We cannot say thank you enough for the fantastic customer service, and immediate response to our travel needs. We did arrive in time to share Christmas Eve, enjoying the hugs and smiles of each member of our family! And best of all, you gifted us with a ham and a pecan kringle, just to make our day a little better, (they were delicious by the way). We drove three hours today to retrieve our car that was overheating in Jackson. We explained our…read moresituation to a representative over the phone and they were able to squeeze us in and have our car towed to the local dealership because it was close by and so was one of their tow truck drivers who was en-route to another call. Shorty was there in less than 10 minutes and was ready to help us out. He loaded the overheating car and let us follow him to the dealership. This whole ordeal has been stressful but Shorty helped make it a little easier. Highly recommend these guys!

I have paid him $2,300.00 cash dollars and he is a big liar and con artist. I have taken him to court and he didn't show up. I am getting the running around with the court system. I am not in the wrong but Mr. White knows that. Everything is a process and timing when you go through the court system. Mr. White claimed that my car was repaired in May 2025. I gave him the money he claimed it was the engine and he needed money,since he had spent out so much money on my car. Then he said something else was wrong with the car. He will stop communicating with you and when he does its always a lie. Watch out when he says he has to order the part!!!Then he will say he's waiting on the part and that what's taking so long. He told me in May he was waiting on the part and July 11th he was waiting on a part.. I have gone through the Attorney General Office and he didn't respond to any of there letters. I started off sending him a registered letter and he did respond and told me he will deliver my car, that was in June of 2025. He didn't deliver my car! Now I am in the Justice Court with him. He doesn't care and he knew that was my own means of transporta-tion and I am a senior citizen and live alone. I am waiting to get my car I don't know whether its repaired or not. My tag expired in May plus I have been continuing paying the car insurance. A many of times, I have had to rent a car and also have had to depend on people to take me places, when I already have a car. Do not bring your vehicle to this shop. Truck broke down motor locked up. Bring truck to this shop…read morehoping to have it back on the road. Bought a used motor which was my fault. But upon getting the truck it did not even sound right. Had cracked valves and they never even checked. The truck leaked oil. And upon multiple calls they always had a mechanic down. Took three months to get truck back when had money in first week of truck arriving. No I have to put a new motor on the truck and upon investigation they did not put all the bolts in bell housing. Wrong bolts in motor mounts. A total of 26 bolts were missing. The front cover on the vacuum pump is missing. And oil was bad and had a very bad smell. So if you want horrible service and missing bolts and missing parts take your vehicle here.
