My family LOVES music. Everything we do revolves around music and I used to DJ back in the 90s.. yes old school vinyl records in a gajillion milk crates lol. We were eating lunch upstairs at the theater and had a top-down view of DJ MysTori playing really good jams that made me dance all through lunch. I could not control my shoulders from bouncing nor could I control my fists from pumping in the air when she dropped the beat! Proof is in my video! LOL. Not only was this such a fun surprise but she really did bring in all the best jams from various eras. She played house music, EDM remixes of popular songs from the 90s to early 2000s through the 2010s. My kids especially loved when she surprised us with songs from the Kpop Demon Hunters soundtrack. We had such a great time at our wedding reception and a lot of it had to do with Joe's organization and DJ'ing. We initially chose him because of his good reviews on Yelp and he definitely lived up to the expectations. He uses online software to organize the itinerary which we found very helpful to stay on track and know what to expect next. His online software allowed us to create a playlist of up to 75 songs which I had filled up. I would guess he played 90-95% of the playlist and played songs the guests requested. My playlist did lack cumbias but Joe is very knowledgeable about music and played many songs for the Spanish-speaking side of the family. I recommend using his service and adding as many songs as you think you and your guests would enjoy. This makes it easier for Joe to play songs and keep the dance floor busy. Joe has awesome DJing skills. He mixed songs very smoothly and transitioned through different genres of music without losing the beat/rhythm. He is definitely a leader. He knows how to keep the party flowing and get the guests involved. He even got my mother to stand up and speak which I wouldn't have thought she would do since she's such a nervous person. A funny thing was on our way to the venue none of our family members were answering our calls so we tried Joe and he answered! Our night went according to plan and we received so many compliments from our guests. I think even a few of our guests got Joe's card for future parties! They even took pictures with him like a celebrity! Low key he even gave me and my wife one of the best advices of the night "Keep the Lord at the center of your marriage" Amen! For the cocktails, Efrain sent me a list to choose from but I was also able to add a drink that wasn't on the list. We also changed some of the cocktails we originally chose and he was happy to adjust. All of the drinks were really good!!! And everyone at the wedding LOVED Scooby Snack so I definitely recommend that one! During the wedding, a few of the groomsmen also requested different drinks that wasn't on the list we had but Efrain was happy to make it for them. My husband and I were so busy the entire time of the wedding so we didn't get to talk to him and his team but all my guests said they were wonderful.
