In January 2023 I…read morehired Suh Events to shoot something special -- my friend's 50th birthday party where he celebrated by playing bass in a band on stage for the first time. I made the mistake of paying Such Events their full fee up front. They came and shot the event, everything seemed fine. They followed up a few weeks later and said they were starting the editing process. Then they stopped contacting me. The first few times I checked in -- a month, 2 months later -- they said they were working on it. By the 3rd month, they stopped answering emails or calls. At the 4th month, my friend who'd had the party went and talked to them to make sure they were still working on the project. They said they'd had some personal issues get in the way, but they assured him they'd start working on it. It's now been over 6-months and they've stopped answering his calls or emails too. I know sometimes projects can take a long time to edit. But I'm sure in those cases the photographer stays in contact with the client, fully explains any issues, and works to agree on a later delivery date. They don't just stop communication and disappear. So at this point it just seems I made the mistake of hiring an illegitimate business, and the best I can hope for is to somehow, some way, at least receive the raw footage they shot since it's a once-in-a-lifetime memory, and they're the only ones who have it. This review is my last ditch effort to at least make that happen. Needless to say, I recommend not ever ever hiring Suh Events, unless you are ok never seeing the Event you hired them to shoot.

We are so glad we did! From the start, Adam was on top of things, providing us a multitude of options and just generally feeling out what it was we were looking for. We had a couple hours-long planning session about a month out, and he not only went through our playlist and wedding party names for pronunciation, but he also asked us great questions, like what music do our parents like, who are some of our favorite bands not on the playlist, etc., which he helped craft into an unforgettable experience by mixing in songs throughout the day's events, making some truly great remixes and stylistic flourishes that kept people on the dance floor all night long, and so much more.
