Call it as it is, a straight up DIVE!…read more I recently decided to stop by this place as it was within walking distance from our hotel and after visiting the "Daft House" the following night, little did I know of the treat waiting for me behind the doors to this place. Upon walking it I was greeted with all the nasty smells you can think of and then some. Cigar smoke, cigarettes, moldy water, stanched carpeting and very loud music were just a few of the things I noticed. After grabbing a seat at the bar I began to notice the smell of puke and was told it was from the beer sitting out so long in all the plumbing behind the bar, disgusting. I was pretty stoked though that they had PBR on tap here. But other than that, nothing else was good. It was karaoke night so my brothers and I decided to have some fun and good times with that here. **Overall, Not a place I would go back to unless I was looking for some "strange" and even then you got to be careful. But hey look on the bright side the beer was cheap and the music seemed to be good. Defiantly not a place to bring the ladies fellas, unless they are super redneck. LoL. Cheers!!!

Really a three from me weighed down by some really inconsistently awful customer service…read more They're alright, okay overall; but I've really got some mixed feelings. While some of the items are brilliant like the candied bacon or the dagwood BLT most of the menu's just alright or fairly pedestrian. Also find it odd they don't do "hot" hot sauce to avoid from having customers sending it back, that's what they say anyway. So they suck when they're busy. They're willing to live with only one waitress on an at capacity floor without the management helping out themselves or calling for help; seen this happen multiple times when they really needed help lasting hours. Wears the server ragged and causes all kinds of unnecessary aggro. Ruins the energy of the place and kills my mojo ...as if I had any but whatever. It's can be a real mess. Lost orders, argumentative waitresses, and customers free to door dash. Why wait over thirty minutes for a check? Would never come for the food alone. I'm here only as a consequence to playing the parimutuels and that's that and when I see they're busy, I know they're going to suck. Prolly seen over a hundred movies here when this was Movies at Marketplace. lol

Our wonderful bartender, Amber, really leveled up the experience. Bartenders can do that, make or break a place, and our night out was way better thanks to her. What fun! It's a locals place, seems that way anyway, so there's an air of that going on. And while the wings and patty melt were fairly good, some of the order came out wrong, and there were a number of unexpected fiddly upcharges on the bill. Meh Better than expected with misgivings.
