The incompetence of everyone there is beyond ALL comprehension. They don't know LEFT from RIGHT or driver's side and passengers side. Even the "manager" woman promised to fix the correct tire for free no matter what. When back again just to find out they checked the wrong tire AGAIN. Ended up taking it to a different shop and they fixed the leak. VERY HIGHLY recommend finding a different shop. Better service and quality than here. Ended up being a simple valve core. Also called after we got it fixed and the manager didn't care so we told her we would write a review and she said she didn't care. Quality service is not to be found there.

I just called about a tire and was quoted a price so I drove up there only to be told it was going to be over $50 more that what I was told. No one there seems to know what they are doing or care. In the process of supposedly fixing it they broke the pan cover (which was completely in tact prior to their mistake) and had to keep by car for an additional 5 days because the part had to be ordered. I finally got my car back only to get home and find that my car was still leaking oil. I took it back up to them and they informed me that it was residue and that I shouldn't have anymore issues. Here we are now in July 2026, and my car has still been leaking oil daily. I finally was able to take it to Firestone where I usually do business and was told that my oil pan was bad and needed fixing which let's me know that Pep Boys took my money and did absolutely nothing to fic my car. I will never use them again and I recommend that no one should ever trust them with your car!!!.
