They were also willing to answer all my questions! Well done! When we decided on the tires based on their recommendation, with their estimate in hand, we went to our dealership and gave them a chance to suddenly come up with the tires they no longer had, and provide them at a cheaper rate, (note: they did not know that we had an estimate from another location) Not only did they beat airport tires price, but they also provided us with free laser alignment. So, airport Tire did not get our business this time, but they are in a Rolodex now, and we will definitely be contacting them in the future.

He didn't make me feel rushed and he genuinely concerned about making sure I was comfortable with any decisions made regarding my car. They opened at 7:30am. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were open promptly. The team there is extremely friendly and helpful. I did not have an appointment and they still helped me immediately. I was in and out in about 45 mins The shocking thing is when I went to lay them, they said it was FREE. The tech came to me and asked if I had changed my oil since they last did it over 5,000 miles ago. I said no, why? He said my oil was like honey, and I didn't need to change it. Ended up taking it to a different shop and they fixed the leak. VERY HIGHLY recommend finding a different shop. Better service and quality than here. Ended up being a simple valve core.
