He told my wife that we were responsible for replacing it at a $150 cost. She told him we are not responsible if he breaks a tool and that we would not pay it. He said that if she wouldn't pay him, he would take us to court. He refused to finish cutting the larger trunk pieces and left due to an emergency. Bottom line, he did not complete the job he was hired for.
