He quickly measured what needed to be cleaned, came up with a quote, and made sure I was satisfied with that before proceeding. He worked quickly and efficiently, notified me when he had finished, and made sure I was pleased with his work. Rodger also gave me some advice about the age of my carpets and the wear and tear; he is knowledgeable about his work and treats it as more than just a job. A bonus is that he was nice to my cats. :)

In this day and time, customer service is often non-existent, except with this company. There were no hidden surprises as every step was discussed with me before making a purchase even with the smallest of items just to make certain that I approved the additions. I also made some changes in the original request, knowing that my additions would also add to my cost. The extra cost was line itemized for me and the owner of the company (Jimmy) did not get upset with my changes and he was the one going to pick up the extra materials at his suggestion. I know that this type of request is more often than note met with disapproval from a contractor but he was very kind and told me that he just wants his customers to have the dream they have in mind. So I ask, "Who says that now a days?" This is a remarkable company--both Jimmy and Angie. Pricing? He is right in the ball park of the other guys but what sets this company apart is the quality of finished workmanship and the customer service.
