But we were too hungry so we went straight to the restaurant area, is super cozy, service is really quick. For $15.99 you get 3 meats and 2 sides, huge platter for 2. The turkey is so juicy, tender and flavorful, almost sweet, so good! The spare ribs were also tender and flavorful, brisket was a little dry. Mac and cheese was good, good green beans. I would definitely come back for the turkey, and to try more things on their menu, I love the feeling of this place, is almost nostalgic.

They have freezer sections, fresh cuts, vacuum sealed items, I'd even go as far as saying that if you needed something off-menu, they might be able to hook you up. The folks behind the counter were very patient, and super efficient. We ended up leaving with two maple blueberry breakfast sausages, two decent sized New York Strip steaks, 2 girthy Who Dat Balls, 2 giant stuffed chicken breasts (one Italian, one 4 cheese), a dozen boudin stuffed tamales, and two thiccc vac-sealed brisket burgers. Even so, there so much more to go back for. Luckily this joint sits right along the route to family, and we will be back for more. They have an array of your usual meats, plus a plethora of exotic and wild meats, and accompaniments. Some of their items can come pre-seasoned or pre-rubbed. Parking is easy on a weekend, but could be tight during rush. They also have a customer service reward program, so get your stamp on. A man ordering some fajita meat to grill told me how tender everything always comes out when he cooks it, quality he couldn't get at larger chain grocery stores.
