I found a minivan and loved it but needed to come back the next day with my husband to make sure we both agreed that this was the minivan for us! The next day we pulled on the lot as the minivan was pulling off with its new owner. I vowed that if I ever went looking for another vehicle and found one I liked I wouldn't let the opportunity pass me up. Jake (salesman) was absolutely phenomenal at showing us other options and while we didn't buy a minivan from Boswell Honda, I was highly impressed of their care and dedication to customer satisfaction. Fast forward to October 2024 and my family is in the market for another used car. Well, we looked at all the Dothan and Ozark dealerships and I finally saw a car at the Boswell GMC. I called, spoke with Cory (salesman) who confirmed it was still available. We showed up, Cory was ready for us to test drive and answer all the questions. He was very thorough with his answers and was part of the deal for this particular traded in car. I let my husband negotiate, we reached an agreement, and then the Finance person came in to seal the deal. To my surprise it was Jake! Jake explained the financing process and told us it might be delayed due to it being after hours. I was very direct with the maximum monthly payment I would pay. The next morning I got a call from Cory with great news: the payments were lower than my max limit. There were a few other hangups that Cory and Jake worked out. I came later that day to pick up my new-to-me car! I highly recommend Sam Boswell dealerships! If you can go see Cory and have the opportunity to finance with Jake, you won't regret it! They care about their customers and making sure you drive off the lot in the car you want! Now present day,

Paid cash for a truck on Tuesday 5 December My agent did not get an emailed copy until Wednesday, 13 December. The state of the company this truck is leased to requires a title, not a title application. So the truck and driver sat idle for more than a week waiting for their slow and cumbersome title process to creep along at glacial speed. Governments work faster. They replaced our…read moreradiator (in our International), ONLY after we had to drive 5 hours to pick up the part ourselves! Two months later the radiator is leaking again. The dealership we took it too in WY explained to us, and took pictures, that the previously installed radiator was not done adequately. Loose, rusted, broken bolts were left on the mount, causing the damage. We called the Tallahassee dealership, because of negligence it was not covered under the warranty. The service managers response was "well that's not what it was brought in for ". I mean seriously, why would anyone put on a new radiator and not even mention that the mount needed to be replaced!?! The service manager was belligerent, and anytime we tried to explain our situation OR when the service manager in the WY store tried to explain, the Tallahassee service manager would speak abruptly, loudly and simply cut us off. Terrible customer support.

It's a 40 minute drive so I didn't want to waste my time going there and then give me a run around. Basically I read the fine print after the phone call and sure enough it's a huge Fake scam. The dealer does not give you the money and it only wins "an opportunity" to win something at the dealer and it's some crappy Cracker Jack box prize. It literally says the pictures of the rewards if your card matches to signify the actual reward you would possibly get. Super crappy of this dealer to manipulate potential customers like this because now I will never buy from there and will highly not recommend anyone I know to go there and support that business.
