The magistrate rejected my claim stating that the MOU was not clear. I now find myself thousands of dollars into attorney fees to enforce what is clear to you and I but not to the court system. In other words, Ms. Walter's drawn agreement was legal garbage. Two of my own attorney's, a new mediator (read: objective party) and my former spouse's attorney all agree with that statement.
