Then, EVERYTHING changed. I felt seen, I felt heard; and, I felt hopeful. Rebecca has been there and understands the process firsthand as a parent and a lawyer. She is brilliant, detailed, very professional, and respected by peers and judges alike. Natalie is thorough, works quickly, and kept me on focused and on task. Jenn is present, helpful, and timely. I found myself recently in a situation with my HOA where I was seeking advice on how to handle the…read moresituation and found Gantenbein Law Firm. Most people don't think of Yelp as a place to find anything other than a restaurant nearby but can assure you it's much more. If a professional service business has good reviews it's because they did an amazing job so I can assure you to trust those reviews. Their website has a contact form which allows you to submit your request/concern after hours to have someone follow up and walk you through next steps. I was contacted by Jan who had been trying to reach me for over a week (due to me transposing a number for my cell phone) and she was so amazing at providing an overview of how the practice works and what to expect. She has a calming and empathetic way of handling clients and is a great Segway into what to expect after. Jan set an appointment with Matt about a week out who specializes in HOA issues (and had great reviews and feedback on the internet) so I was excited to get some expert feedback on what I should do. Matt called me on the dot for our scheduled appointment and immediately had a way of making me feel at ease -meaning I wasn't worried he was a shady attorney who will tell you anything to get you to put down a retainer. In fact, he did the opposite. He took the time to walk through each of my concerns, provided info on what I need to have on hand to build a case if I wanted, and also was able to reference Colorado laws. He also is the type to admit he might not be the expert in a certain field but could definitely find you one who was. Such an admirable trait to feel you weren't getting catfished :) Anyhow long story short, Matt took more time than allotted to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed to decide if I wanted to move forward with a case. He isn't pushy and felt like I was talking to a good friend who offered advice as the SME. Although I'm not sure what I'm doing with my case yet he provided me with more than enough info to help me understand how I can make a decision! I would highly recommend these guys if ever in need of a real estate matter and especially one that involves an HOA! They also do more but that is the reason I reached out! Thanks guys for taking the time to provide and arm me with your knowledge of expertise! While no one ever wants to seek out an attorney these guys are ones you would want to promote to all your friends and family! Thanks again!

Shauna was incredibly responsive to my emails and calls, even responded after hours and on weekends when I needed an answer right away. She was incredibly competent, experienced, and kind. She really advocated for me, while giving me an honest, full picture of my legal situation. She took time to explain our arguments, the other side's arguments, and what outcomes in similar situations she'd seen in the past. I went into mediation understanding what strategies might most effectively lead to the outcomes I wanted. In mediation, she was so effective at communicating with the mediator, and was a calm and stabilizing force. During my divorce, I actually went through 4 different attorneys due to a series of events beyond my control. Shauna was the last and the best by far-- I wish I'd found her right away. Heather, her paralegal and office manager, is also extremely competent and responsive, and I enjoyed being at a smaller firm and receiving individual attention. I never felt my case was ignored the way had I felt at a larger firm. Shauna's rates are also on par with what other attorneys charge, and certainly NOT the most expensive I encountered. My bills were not padded with extra unnecessary fees. Thank you, Shauna and Heather for supporting me during such a difficult time in my life.
