I can speak for the upstairs staff but if everyone is as amazing as they are... then I have complete faith this whole venue is phenomenal. While I don't live near here, I'll for sure be back. We were also told that we could not "just hang out" in the establishment and were instructed to leave, which was both confusing and inappropriate given that we were with paying customers. Additionally, our identification was taken without any effort to offer service after twenty minutes.We were not asked if we would like to order drinks or even offered water. When service was eventually provided to the table, the waitress displayed a dismissive attitude and ultimately returned by placing the bill on the table in a disrespectful manner. At no point before leaving were we given the opportunity to order or be properly served. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
