I can't say enough good things about NPZ Painting and Flooring! After being told by another…read moreprovider that my plumbing issue required a full replacement--at a staggering cost--I reached out for a second opinion. Not only did he take the time to thoroughly assess the situation, but he also identified a far more practical and cost-effective solution that completely resolved the problem. Owners are very nice but no followup. I tried several times for them to address issues and they…read moredo not respond. They respond much better when you ask for price quotes that are in the $10,000 range. Seems like they are driven solely by making money. For example, they replaced part of a walkway but did not put sod along the edges of the new walkway. They said that new grass would grow back. It looked terrible. After 4 months and no grass growth I texted several times about the need for sod along the edges. No response. They seemed happy once I canceled since I would not pay the outrageous prices for the big projects. Since then I have a new company and within a month they put the sod (which the other company should have planted) and a myriad of other lawn work that was neglected. The prices for the new company were much more reasonable. The new company returns all my text messages and calls in a prompt fashion.

Bracing Blue was chosen for the exterior block. We recently learned that Sherwin-Williams had NO RECORD of Elite Painting & Pressure Washing having purchased any paint. They only purchased miscellaneous items. The store is 2 miles from our home. The secondary door paint label was torn off. It displayed another company's phone number and not a Sherwin-Williams label, which is now disconnected. I left a message for the Elite painters regarding the issue, but they failed to return my call for assistance. CAUTION: DO NOT USE ELITE PAINTERS. They failed to use the contracted paint company, and a color match is impossible for touch-ups. So truly upset and disappointed. Also, paint can labels were removed. If you use these folks, buy your own paint! They dropped the ball in favor of padding their pockets and were less than truthful.
