Arrived took measurements on Saturday and send would get me a quote Monday. I thought that was a little strange since 4 other companies were able to take measurements and give me a quote on-site. But whatever I thought. Then Monday came no quote I texted and was told it would be there by end of day by Eduardo. Then get a text saying sorry Edgar is partner needs to review the quote and would get it Tuesday. Well, guess what no quote Tuesday and end of day Wednesday I had to finally reach out to them and say I would be moving on since I wasn't getting the quote then Eduardo finally responds he would get it to me. Then they send a quote DOUBLE the price of any quote I have received. Very unprofessional, If this is how they operate I would stay away and go with other options. Plus they have to Google listings, One is JJ Brick Pavers and the other is JJ Brick Pavers LLC. All around a waste of time!

Lesson learned & hopefully you will do same...don't pay the invoice (no matter how hard they pressure you) until you have done a walk through of property and pointed out things that need to be fixed BEFORE your payment is remitted. Now that the job has been pretty much done for a few weeks, we cant get company to come back out and fix their errors. They did an OK job but in the future, I wouldn't remit payment til you are COMPLETELY satisfied.
