My techs are all great, I don't have a favorite because everyone I get has done an incredible job on my xl gel x nails. I love that no matter how difficult the design they always have a tech for me. I am here without fail every 3-4 weeks and my husband loves their pedicures. The salon is clean, well lit, nice background music. Waxing and eyelash rooms are also clean and comfortable.

Wow I've never seen a bigger nail salon! It doesn't look like much from the outside, it looks like…read moreyour typical small nail salon from the outside in a strip mall. It's HUGE inside. There was probably 40-50 people inside getting their nails done. The lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly. I came for a pedicure with my sister. We tried to get our pedis at the same time and next to each other and our times were a bit staggered. Not too big of a deal. They have lots of color options, regular polish and gel. I got a standard regular polish and it looked great. No massage with the pedi. It definitely feels a bit like a factory because once you're done they immediately want you off the chair so they can start working on the next place. At least they're efficient!

As soon as I walked in a guy greeted me and confirmed my appointment and when I asked to change my service from regular pedicure to gel pedicure he accepted with no issue. My technician was Lily - the sweetest and kind lady who listened to what I wanted and ensured to fulfill my needs of not making the gel too thick. She did ask if I wanted to add on additional service but when I declined there was no pressure and she went on with the service I had initially requested for. The salon was very clean and everyone was kind. The only con I can think of during my experience was that when choosing the color for my gel, I felt a bit pressured as he was standing next to me as if waiting to hurry and pick the color. Other than that, they brought me complimentary drink and was friendly and will definitely be visiting again.

The salon itself was clean and well maintained. I was hoping to use a massage chair, but they didn't have one. I should have asked about that when I made the appointment. I got a regular polish manicure and pedicure, a girl got a gel manicure and pedicure, and my partner had a foot care treatment. We spent around $400 in total. The work was okay.
