Since then, he had one of his very abrasive and verbally abusive employees come to our home to work on our plumbing issues. This person was very abrupt and rude to us on a previous occasion, and we had asked the owner to not send this person out to us in the future. Unfortunately, the rude abusive plumber was sent out to us once again. This time he started screaming and yelling at both my husband and myself, because we were not interested in having him fix the toilet, but replace it with the new one that we had purchased. The rude plumber almost immediately became angry and started yelling at my husband and I because we did not want to have him clean and repair the toilet as HE wanted. We hired him to replace the toilet and put in a new disposal. Since he became very aggressive and verbally abusive almost immediately, we asked him to leave. He would not leave our home, so I told him that if he did not leave, I would call the police. He then proceeded to sit out in his vehicle in front of our home, for approximately 15 minutes. My husband called the owner and told him what was going on. In the interim, I called the office and also let them know the situation. The person I spoke to, told me that this man has had several complaints and said that he would most likely be let go.The owner called me later on and apologized, but he also said that the story that the abusive plumber told him, was different than the facts I had relayed to him. He also said that he's known this man for a long time, considered him a friend, and that he was not looking forward to the difficult conversation he was going to have to have with him. I told the owner, Dave, that this is not a "he said she said" scenario, and I thought it best that we find a different plumbing company for our needs. The owner apologized again, and said that he would call us in a couple of days and set up a time for him personally to come out and perform the job that we initially hired them to do. We heard NOTHING from Dave, the owner, after that. Sadly, under the circumstances, I do not recommend this plumbing company due to their lack of professional conduct and outlandishly rude behavior of the employee they sent to our home twice now.

My first shower felt amazing and my hair is so soft! Reverse osmosis water tastes great and gives me peace of mind knowing it's safe to drink. The company emphasizes that reverse osmosis systems are critical for providing clean, safe drinking water and promotes the effectiveness of their systems in removing up to 99% of contaminants. What makes our experience so frustrating is that Aqua Pure Solutions also stressed the importance of regular filter replacements to maintain system performance. Our filters were due to be replaced in **October 2025**, and despite numerous phone calls over the past several months, we have repeatedly been told that the replacement filters are on backorder. If regular maintenance is essential to ensuring the system performs as advertised, then customers should be able to obtain replacement filters in a timely manner. It is difficult to reconcile the company's emphasis on water quality and contaminant removal with the fact that we have been waiting many months for the very filters needed to keep the system functioning properly. We understand that supply chain issues can occur, but after repeated calls, we still have no filters, no alternative solution, and no clear timeline. For a company that markets itself as a water quality expert, the lack of follow-through and customer support has been extremely disappointing. I hope Aqua Pure Solutions improves its inventory management, communication, and commitment to existing customers. Right now, I cannot recommend them based on our experience after the sale.

When my lawn irrigation system stopped working, two large Sarasota-area companies inspected it and concluded that I needed a new pump system at a cost of approximately $3,800. Neither could provide a firm start date for the work. I then called Gary's Plumbing. Gary responded the same day, came out to investigate, and quickly discovered that the problem wasn't a failed pump at all. An insect infestation had jammed the mechanism. Within about an hour, he cleaned the system, restored everything to working order, and saved me from an unnecessary replacement. The final cost was just $200 instead of $3,800. In today's world, it's refreshing to find a professional who combines technical expertise with honesty and integrity. Gary could have simply replaced the pump, but instead he found the real problem and fixed it. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, I highly recommend Gary's Plumbing.

I could not be happier with Pro-Plumbing Works…read more I had to get work done one all three of my sinks, as well as my main shut-off valve. My homeowner's insurance necessitated it, so I took to Yelp to see who to call. I noticed all of the good reviews here, so I decided to give Chuck a call. He was able to schedule the repairs I needed right in time as I had to have them done by a certain date (though it was non-emergency). On the day of the repairs, Victor arrived right on time, calling just as he was on his way over. He was polite, courteous, professional, and took plenty of time to make sure I understood what he would be doing. While he was here, there was very little disruption as he was extremely neat, tidy, and prompt in his repairs. He told me everything he was going to do, and got it done well. There wasn't even that much noise disruption - A+. When it came time to pay, I was extremely happy with the cost of the repairs. They could have very easily fleeced me as I don't know a thing about plumbing, but they didn't, and showed me line by line what the charges were. Then Victor cleaned everything up, and was on his way. You could barely tell he had been here. I can't recommend them more for good, licensed work done for a good price in a timely manner with good communication. Thanks, Chuck and Victor!
