My mom doesn't speak any English, but Jordan was able to make things work between the 2 of them. My mom loved the end result. They looks very natural and the color looks great on my moms skin. I came in for my own microblade appointment shortly afterwards. My brows were uneven (when I smile one side is higher than the other) and they hair doesn't grow in the tail. She refused to refund me…read moreto compensate for the inconvenience of losing my lashes to her own hand!!! this woman did not isolate my own lashes so when she glued her extensions to my lashes they all stuck together. She didn't glue them by the base but instead she attached them to the mid section of the extension. This caused a lot of irritation to my eyelids and pain to my own lashes. Especially as they grew out because they didn't have the freedom to grow at their own rate due to the fact they were held back by her sloppy glue application. When I brought my problems to her attention she refused to help me or take any responsibility for the chop shop work she did on me. I have been getting lash extensions for two years now and I have never had one problem. They always looked natural and flawless until the day came that my lash gem moved to Texas. This is what brought me to Johanna. As a warning to the next potential client, I would really think twice before giving her the opportunity to ruin your lashes! go anywhere BUT here!
