Michael was able to get me in for a 30 minute massage with Reginald and I was very grateful. Later that morning he called me back to advise I could get an hour if I'd like there was a cancellation. I was extremely grateful for the amazing customer service they showed me, as I'm not even a regular client. It says a lot about this business. My massage with Reginald was great. He was very professional and made sure he understood completely where my issue was. I've had massages before for this issue but none that have helped like this one did. This business is the same business relocated from Imperial Nails on US1. Go read their reviews and you'll find several similar stories from other customers. Low quality chemicals and products. Services requested and agreed upon, not as expected. Unprofessional. Cheap. Dirty location. I went in for a full set of ombré acrylic nails and a French gel pedicure. Within 3 days my nails were lifting and several of them have air bubbles that are now black specs. The ombré has clear lines and it looks like a child did it. When I came in to explain this, she was laughing at me and trying to say I was cheap because I questioned the price when all was said and done... because it looks like a child did my nails.. but I had to leave town for a photoshoot I was doing so I didn't have the time to sit there and make her fix everything I didn't like. She even told me to show her customer what I was talking about. I'm not sure in what world that's professional or how to retain business... but maybe that's why she moved locations and changed the salon name. The quality of the entire service wasn't worth the money, and then to have to turn around and come back and waste more time in there for them to fix it while getting mocked... isn't worth your time. I've been to several levels of spas, paying as much as $400 for an actual spa, so to be called cheap by this owner was quite comical considering when standing in there you feel like you're in a jiffy mart or gas station. When you walk in, it smells like a gas station or jiffy mart and you can tell it's just poorly run. There is nothing "spa" like. Lastly, I wanted her to take them off and start over. She offered me $20. Joke. There's a great ACTUAL spa in cocoa village and several others who use the chemicals you're supposed to be paying for and they last weeks without an issue. Normally you say you get what you pay for, in this case.. you pay wayyyy too much for garbage. Wish I could post photos
