Happy Puppy walking Around- Like "I'm Refreshing " Come See,

Hello to All What an Amazing Job on My Little Girl, Amanda "What a Wonderful Job" Thank You! Thank You! Highly Recommended- Devine Canine Spa Friendly and On Time. Took care of my Multipoo Mia I rec'd a text on the way and Arrived. Communication is always Key. The Van Pulled up, Very Professional Looking Ready to go, I really appreciate that alone. I come from a Professional Background, Only the Best for my little Mia, And Devine Canine Spa was the Best. BTW - Devine Canine Spa Came out on New Years Day - So very convenient for us. No More dropping off and 4 Hours later go pick up. Appreciate you and your time Devine Canine Spa. Thank You!

They did a wonderful job on my senior pup who has been matted and a challenge to hand groom (she has chronic doggy bronchitis. They were so kind and gentle with her and we will be making monthly appointments since I just don't want my dog stuck at a groomers while she is struggling with health challenges. Mobile grooming is always an up or down never knowing what you will get as opposed to a actual shop but the van was simple, clean and had everything you needed. Thanks Divine Canine Spa. You will be our go to for grooming for now on.

Amanda was super friendly and reliable. She did a great job tending to both my pets. We usually go to the same groomer but we tried her for the convenience and she exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back with her! Our pups look and smell great!

Amanda is awesome!!!!! I was looking around for a dog groomer for weeks and my husband's co-worker has a puppy that looks similar to mine he showed us pictures of how cute his puppy is and my first question was "who grooms your dog?" He gave us Amanda's number and OMG!!!!! She is the best!!!!!! My dog is usually scared of new people but with Amanda she is so calm. Not only does she do wonderful grooming she is such a nice person. She takes her time and gives the best tips afterwards on what to use for your dog. I will be making appointments once a month to keep my baby looking and feeling her best. If you want a great dog groomer who has patience and great prices I would call Divine canine spa.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with Amanda and her spa services. Well, maybe I can. Lol My pup is very delicate and sensitive since he's had 2 spinal surgeries. My pup also has severe arthritis in one front paw and moderate arthritis in the other. So touching and holding and washing and trimming my lil guy is a challenge. Amanda allowed me to hold my pup during his session so no issues would pop up. She was careful not to lift his tail since that can cause further damage. When you have a pup as delicate as mine it is very hard to trust others with him. I believe that Amanda has a very patient, caring and low-key demeanor which was a great match for us. I recommend her highly! I will try to add a photo of my pup after he was all done. He is very soft and clean and he smells wonderful!

Amanda does an amazing job with our fur baby. We have a husky puppy that is super vocal and crazy when it comes to bath time but she is so patient with her and always leaves her looking fresh! It's also super convenient that she's mobile so it works accordingly with our schedules.

We just had our two Samoyeds groomed by Divine Canine Mobile and Amanda did an amazing job! Both girls turned out stunning! Amanda is so sweet and her prices can't be beat! Best part is that she comes right to your home!! With gas prices being so outrageous, that is a super plus!!

Amanda was so nice and super professional! I have a small poodle who has anxiety so she was a bit nervous but Amanda made her feel so comfortable while giving her a bath. She made Bella look like a completely different dog. Gave her a great bath and a super cute haircut. Me and the family were very pleased with our new groomer 10/10 highly recommend! If you're looking for a mobile dog grooming service, Divine Canine Spa is perfect Amanda will not disappoint :)

King after his bath. Shiny coat ! Thank you amanda!

I'm honestly at a loss for words on how amazing and professional Amanda and her team are ! I reached out after seeing her cool van and following her on IG and seeing how even short hair dogs would end up looking so nice and tighty after. I reached out and let her know how I literally raised one of the biggest cry babies ever PLUTO ! He's a beagle harrier (65lb beagle) but at my own fault he doesn't go out much, meaning his "Hi" may seem like he's aggressive but he truly isn't. A lot of other groomers have done a very nice BUT basic job the excuse being that he's "jumpy" Which I never blamed them just had experienced a great groomer years ago but sadly I think they lost their business... anyways I FOUND THE NEW AND IMPROVED GROOMER FOR PLUTO. When they showed up Pluto started doing his "bad boy Pluto" act but they literally welcomed him with open arms and started treating him so kind (like a baby, he loves attention) They literally took their time even though he cried and howled the entire time !!! BUT when I went out side I saw a GROOMED dog !!!! Tail nice and round ! Hair even and flat all around , clean belly, trimmed nails and foot hair ! My Pluto boy finally got a fresh doggie fade ! And when he went in the house he was soooooo happy and confident he could not stop smiling !!!! I didn't just pay for a wash and trim. PLUTO LITERALLY GOT SPOILED WITH LOVE AND ATTENTION! And it showed!!! read more

Our timid rescue dog usually hides from new people, but she trusted Amanda from the start. As an excellent owner-operator, expert groomer, and genuine dog lover, Amanda was super responsive, arrived right on time, and listened as we talked through services and sensitivities. She has a spotless, calming mobile setup. The actual haircut? It was perfect--tidy face, neat paws, ideal length--and our pup came out happy with her tail wagging. I'd recommend Divine Canine Spa to anyone who loves their dog and wants the best for them. read more

This is our 2nd time booking with Amanda and she is the best!! She is so patient and sweet with our French bulldog and he enjoys his spa treatment. She leaves him smelling so good. She did a deshedding treatment the first time and us also keeping up with it has helped him shed less. She also recommended us a brush to help with his shedding. Premium Full Service Grooming To Your Location! More Convenience, Less Stress. Make it a Spaw-Day!

History

Established in 2021.

After a decade of working at the big brand ‘pet lover’ stores it was time for a change. The rush on each dog to turn quick profit, stress of cages, overbooking, and dangerous drying methods slowly turned the dream career into a nightmare. So we decided to make that change, and bring our love for dogs and grooming skills, straight to client’s homes.

Meet the Business Owner: Amanda F.

I am an AKC and NDGAA certified dog groomer. Your happiness and utmost satisfaction is top priority and I strive to provide the grooming service I would want my own doggies to receive.

Let me start by saying I didn't want to write this review. I only got to this point after trying to…read moreresolve the situation directly with them. I brought my pug, Chloe, in on Thursday 4/23 at 4pm. I've used their $80 grooming service three times prior with no issues. This visit was a completely different experience. I was told the service would take about 50 minutes. When I arrived, the groomer was still not finished, and I waited an additional ~20 minutes. The groomer (I believe his name was Drew) explained that he had cut one of Chloe's nails too short, which caused it to bleed for an extended period. I was obviously concerned, but still paid and left a tip and left. Since that visit, Chloe has developed multiple bumps across her body that appear to be a reaction to the products used. She has been extremely itchy, reluctant to walk, and has had a decreased appetite. This has been ongoing for several days. I reached out to the business to address this, especially as some of the bumps began to look worse. Despite explaining the situation, they declined to take any responsibility. I was also told they rotate between different grooming products depending on the groomer, which was concerning given that Chloe had no issues during her previous visits. I explained that I may need to take her to the vet due to the severity of her symptoms and that I didn't feel comfortable covering both the grooming cost and potential vet expenses given the outcome. Their response was that they would not provide a refund and the only thing offered was to return the $10 tip. Based on the other negative reviews, it appears that the owner is hard to work with and also lacks accountability. If you look at the attached screenshots, i still decided to disengage when she mentioned she was expecting. Regardless, she should have delegated her business to someone else while she is going through something extremely important while instead coming off as dismissive and lacking empathy. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. Additionally, it took multiple days to confirm my appointment, and I had to follow up the day before to ensure it was still scheduled. Based on this experience, I would not return. Take a look at the screenshots and you be the judge.

I did quite a bit of research to find a good groomer, and I am simply blown away by how great of an experience we had. Gizmo Pet Spa came to me at my work which was best for me, was on time, and picked up my little angel with such care. She showed me around the grooming truck and sent me videos of Honey being introduced to the tools once they started. She explained why she groomed Honey the way she did and gave me updates throughout without me even asking. I was informed what to watch out for after grooming and felt the experience was so thorough. Honey was in such a good mood afterward and had these adorable little flower bows put in her hair. It has been several days, and Honey looks and feels so much better. I was and still am so impressed! Pricing was so, so reasonable and incredibly fair. Gizmo Pet Spa will have mine and Honey's business for life, and for any other future puppies I have. Cheers to a wonderful small business that truly cares about animals, and is so patient and genuinely loving. Needed to groom my wife's puppy ASAP and every other mobile groomer wanted us to wait a month for an appointment! [And some are rude as shid over the phone] So glad we found Divine Canine! Amanda was great she text us back with her availability and reasonable price estimate. She had patience with the puppy and left her looking great! Willing to pay again for the convenience and results. read more

Since my dogs were on maintenance and not out of control, I was under the clear impression the total would be no more than $130 for both dogs. Instead, I was shocked to be charged $230, which was more than the first visit, and made absolutely no sense. To make matters worse, my larger dog's toenails were not even cut, which is part of a basic grooming service. When I reached out a couple of days later to question the charge and request the nail trim, I was given multiple excuses. One of them was that if she cut his nails, she would make him bleed, which was extremely concerning to hear from a professional groomer. When she eventually came back, the explanations for the higher charge kept changing -- first saying my dog wouldn't sit still, then that he's bigger, and lastly claiming he peed on the table. None of this justifies the sudden and unexplained price increase. This experience felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and unfair. Pricing should be transparent, not made up after the fact with excuses. Overall, this was very disappointing, and I will not be using or recommending this groomer again.

My dog is 15 years old and still has plenty of spirit, but his hearing and vision aren't what they used to be. I always worry about him feeling scared or overwhelmed when I leave him somewhere new. From the moment I picked him up, I could tell he was in great hands. He looked absolutely adorable--clean, perfectly groomed, and somehow even cuter than usual. But what really stood out to me was the extra care the staff took with him because of his age. When I arrived, they explained that they took their time with him and used a special crate dryer instead of rushing the process, specifically to keep him comfortable and safe. As a pet parent, that level of thoughtfulness means everything. It's clear they understand that senior dogs have different needs and are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate them. Finding a groomer you trust can be stressful, especially when your dog is older, but I left feeling so grateful that I found this place. The kindness and attention they showed my little guy did not go unnoticed. We'll definitely be back.
