I called ahead to ask if they take cats, and the woman on the phone was very kind and helpful. She explained everything clearly and reassured me that my cat would be well taken care of. My cat, Kiwi, is a very chilled cat but she has asthma and is afraid of water. The staff did a great job handling her and kept me updated throughout the process sending me messages and pictures, which I really appreciated. They let me know she did well overall, even though she got nervous during her bath, they handled her with care the entire time. The service took about two hours, which I liked because they didn't rush and made sure she was comfortable. They even gave her breaks and treats. I also appreciated that they air-dry cats instead of using a blow dryer. I also appreciate how they keep the cats separated from the dogs, unlike PetSmart. The pricing is on the pricier side, but it makes sense for the level of care they provide. My total came out to about $100 because my cat needed extra assistance during her bath, plus an additional $5 for teeth cleaning, which is not included in the base service, you have to request that. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning!

Some didn't service cats, others only a physical location and a few just extremely high priced. I thought mobile would be better and it was! I have mobility issues and my boy weighs close to 30 pounds. Rene responded with very reasonable pricing, gave me a date and time and said we come to you. He fit me in for an urgent appointment. He made me feel comfortable and confident that he has experience grooming cats. He was very communicative up to the minute he arrived at my house. He actually arrived earlier than expected, which was perfect for us. He's such a friendly man, gentle with pets, just AMAZING! He took him to his van, 15 minutes later he was done and my boy is as happy as a clam. I've been spending time trying to help him clean with wipes and dawn dish soap but he's got very long fur. Rene even got some of the mats out that were on his belly. It was great to see my boy returned and not traumatized. He kept coming back over to the door to "thank Rene". I usually self wash my baby somewhere else, but decided she was at a point where we would both benefit from a real groomer. So glad we did. When all was said and done Elli looked amazing! Our old groomer moved and was no longer available so we were in the process of trying to find a new…read moreone for our 14 year old dog. His face and body turned out great but his butt and tail, which were areas I specifically asked to focus on, were not. His butt was uneven (left cheek was shaved down, looked neat while right cheek still had a huge chunk of hair) and his tail looked untouched. I didn't realize how bad it was until we got home. I texted the salon back immediately and sent pictures. They offered to fix it if I brought him back but we didn't have time for that. After multiple back and forth with the manager, Paulina, the only resolution they continued to offer was 10% off of a future visit. After this experience, there won't be a future visit so that's not much of a resolution. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend.

The pricing and communication were the frustrating part. We were quoted $85 on the phone, which sounded totally fair. When we dropped her off, the price went up to $110 because of matting .. understandable, but would've been good to know before we drove there. After the groom, they added another $10 because our dog was "difficult to work with." When we went to pay, there was also a fee for using a card. None of this was mentioned up front, so the whole experience felt like surprise charges stacked on top of each other rather than a clear price from the start. Unfortunately, our dog developed a UTI afterward. Our vet said the very close shave around her vulva area could have caused irritation and likely played a role. We had to get antibiotics and a follow-up exam, which cost another $140. So, a grooming visit that started at $85 ended up being a lot more than expected and could've been avoided. We don't think anyone meant for this to happen, but being more careful around sensitive spots on female dogs would be appreciated. And being upfront about pricing and possible extra charges would prevent a lot of frustration. Overall, the haircut looked great, but the unexpected fees and the aftermath made it hard to walk away happy. With better communication and gentleness, this could've been a positive experience.

Walking in I was greeted by a receptionist who was very knowledgable with dogs and my concerns. Their place was very clean and neat. All workers kept protocol. My mixed poodle, Ruby had not been groomed for couple months due to COVID and I was starting to worry about mats and dryness of her skin. The receptionist recommended I give Ruby the herbal pack, it would soothe her skin and the mats. I decided to give it a go as Ruby hadn't received grooming for couple months. Once I went to pick up Ruby, she was the happiest and fluffiest dog. She came out smelling very nice, the cut was on point and the herbal pack seems to have done the job. Her fur is still soft and doesn't mat as it would have by now. Definitely would go back and really recommend the herbal pack myself!
