I was immediately compensated for the issues I had surfaced and am extremely grateful to the Qshark team for doing so. **ORIGINAL** Unfortunately I cannot say I would recommend Qshark. We hired them for a cross country move and were very hopeful for a smooth process given the total cost we were quoted. Prior to the move, I will say the customer service was great. Any question we had was answered promptly and clearly over email, which was very helpful when preparing for the move. On the day of pick up, the movers were punctual, organized, kind and respectful. I have no complaints for the first half of the move. The delivery is where things started to go south. Our movers assured us they would arrive by July 1, however the night before I received a text from Frank that the movers were very delayed and were likely going to miss the delivery date. He let me know the battery had died in the moving truck and therefore they were unable to make the agreed upon delivery date. This was a problem as we had no accommodations for that night, assuming we would've been able to stay in our new home. Frank offered to cover the cost of any hotel expenses we incurred, which was the right thing to do given the circumstances. However, I did have to follow up with him once or twice to complete the reimbursement, which again isn't the type of service I would expect given the premium cost we paid and unique circumstances. When the movers arrived the next day, things looked positive as they were unloading all the furniture. However once they left we realized several items were either missing or damaged. Our bed frame, bar cabinet, shoe cabinet and futon all had either pieces missing or parts that had been dinged. On top of all of that, our TV screen had been damaged in the move. I have since been asking for claim details to get reimbursed for the TV repairs, and have followed up daily with no progress or confirmation that we will be compensated for the damages. Overall while the movers themselves were wonderful, the service of Qshark fell far below expectation and I would not book with them again.

Sharilin recommended and managed the movers, and u-haul and freight shipping services to get items family members wanted within CA and out of state--- a great relief and help to me. Sharilin and her crew provided packing supplies and handled much of the packing and unpacking for moving mom.... including putting mom's things in place at her new home--- plates in the kitchen cabinet, toiletries in the bathroom, etc. All went well and my family totally happy with their work and agree PMP is wonderful. They gave me a call roughly an hour before they came so we could prep for them and didn't complain at all when they couldn't get their truck up our steep driveway(not their fault, it's a VERY steep driveway and a VERY big truck). They were quick, prompt, professional, and very friendly. They also were quick to adapt when there was a last minute change in where we were going to meet and were easy to communicate with both via yelp and phone. 10/10, would and will be using these guys again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for movers; especially up here on the mountain.

Our move quote we were given was the price we paid, I felt like they were 100% transparent on the costs, and what would cause the costs to increase. You're given a paper that explains to you in the moving plan that explains the cost per the square footage you fill up. Drop off & pick up of the trailer we're really easy and so was picking up our stuff at the hub. We moved to a rural area that they didn't service, so my husband had to drive to go get the stuff once it got there. They were really nice at the Stafford, MO location, and even had people there who were helpful to my husband and his dad when they were there to pick up the stuff. My only thing I can say is that the trailer did arrive a few days early than we were told, and the "3 day" period you have to come get your stuff started when the trailer got there vs when we were told it would get there. We planned our move around when the trailer would arrive, so it did rush them having to go out to get it. All and all, I was really nervous about a cross country move especially with other moving companies being known to be delayed with peoples belongings for months and price increases on the day of. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with u-pack and would highly recommend them.

The two guys that arrived were very friendly and efficient - Angelo and I forgot the other's name. They worked very hard. There were a couple hiccups: There were supposed to be 3 movers but one did not show up. We were only charged for the 2 movers. Unfortunately, one piece of furniture was dropped and broken while going down the stairs. The mover was very apologetic and Karl reimbursed some of the cost.
