The limb was strong and it was low. It made a cool place to sit, which is what we loved about it. Also, NO ONE asked my permission before cutting the limb so please don't make this like you were doing me any favors for cutting off a perfectly good limb that was a part of my tree's charm. Saying you did it for free when without my knowledge is REALLY rich! I really don't appreciate your made up explanation which is a completely untrue statement and a pathetic excuse at that. When the work was done they left it much larger and never touched the sides, with we CLEARLY talked about doing. They have a lot of excuses and reasons why it wasn't done according to the pre agreed on contract, but, at the end of the day, it's over 8' tall and they never trimmed the sides. Now they want more money to come finish it. Pretty typical work these days, I guess.

Visit felt very, very rushed (we were last stop on a Friday). 40 min here, charged $310, got paid, gave no receipt, left. They were in such a hurry they left their shovels so I had to call so they could turn around and retrieve. And they never measured to quote the gravel driveway. 4/19 I realized heads had not been adjusted (still pounding neighbor's fence and over shooting). I asked for itemized receipt from them. Didn't get. 4/21 asked for another, told him his truck was leaking oil as multiple large oil stains were left on our driveway (he never offered to come take care of), and I told him I wished the visit had been far less rushed and he had run through the sprinklers with me to discuss adjustments I needed made, as none appeared changed. Still no receipt. 4/24 asked again for paid itemized invoice for the $315 for the 40 min they were here. Didn't get one. 4/26 I messaged asking that we be called. No response. 4/28 got invoice showing we paid $315. Never got quote for driveway. Never got sprinklers adjusted. Paid someone to get the large oil stains off our driveway. He did shut off one zone and cap heads of the other. That's about it. I just don't think it was handled well at all and would not recommend to friends or family based on my experience. I did save our text messages and am just surprised he never followed up (except to text a link to give review- I waited till now so I could be less emotional about it as I was actually quite upset by the whole experience). They lost out on any referrals I might give, additional planned landscape work, and the gravel driveway.
