Allyson is a total sweetheart and makes your appointments fun. The lash lift and tint was great for both me and my mom and we were thrilled with the amazing results! We love that Allyson uses great products in her services, as well as recommends other products she has to try without being pushy like other estheticians I've experienced. Allyson is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were so impressed by both the service and her charm! We will definitely be looking for some more excuses to come back. If you're looking for a little more oomph in your look without lash extensions, RUN to Allyson for a lash lift and tint!

This is a nice salon and spa in York and one of the top salons in the area by most ratings. I came…read morehere a week and a half ago to just get a last minute haircut since my usual salon didn't have any last minute openings. It was quiet so I had the chance to chat while the staff and the gal who cut my hair. Everything was clean and nice, my hair and was cut and dried and I got on my way. I somehow didn't notice at the time but afterwards, two days later when I washed and dried my hair I noticed it was cut uneven, about an inch difference on each side. I called and talked to the manager, who offered me a discount on future services, but why would I want to get my hair done there again? They have a salon and massage services and she didn't offer anything else except 50% off on future services. I had two conversations with the manager and ultimately nothing really came of it. They didn't even care to see pictures. Honestly everyone was really nice, including the stylist who cut my hair and the manager who handled my complaint, but being nice doesn't fix my hair or ever make me want to come back. There was a clear opportunity to offer something to remedy the situation but they didn't take it.

After reading my review here on yelp, Heather, the owner, contacted me to let me know how sorry she was about what had happened and that she would refund me my money. I was impressed with the way she handled everything in my case, and am very glad that she contacted me. I think that there was just a lack of communication between aesthetician and manager. Heather was very professional and pleasant to deal with, which is definitely great business.
