They are really nice and friendly they will tell you before they start messing with your car. They have waiting room with tv. Unfortunately after minor attempts they couldn't fix my problem but they were nice enough to tell me before they messed around even more. They didn't charge me and recommended where to go to get it fixed!

He's gotten an engine replaced from the same place. I still did my due diligence and researched, etc. Even though they were the most expensive, the motor they found was the one with the lowest mileage by a landslide. The other reason I chose them, was because the mechanic I originally spoke with, Chris West, was extremely personable, very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer and explain all questions I had. He seemed to really take pride in his work. I got off to a rocky start with the owner, Carter, but I feel like that was in part because of me. I only wanted to speak to Chris because we had already spoken and he knew my situation. Eventually, I did warm up to him, but Chris is still my favorite! (Sorry/not sorry lol) Almost brand new motor (50,000 miles - which is 100,000 less than the old one), new serpentine belt (which it needed, the old one was frayed), new water pump, oil filter and oil change, thermostat, air filter, radiator cap, torque mount, spark plugs, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, and transmission fluid. Also, as they were doing all this, it was discovered that I needed a new cv axle assembly. However, the guys finagled the numbers so that the final price wound up being only $6 more than the original quoted price (which had not included the cv axle assembly).
