The owner called me back and confirmed the appointment. I was assured everything was confirmed and ready to go. I got on island 2 days ago and called to confirm. The girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She said they had no record of the appointment and seemed completely indifferent. When I said this was alarming, she said "sorry" in the rudest way possible. I actually laughed and she hung up on me! I then called back, no answer. I called back 3 times and left 3 messages and nothing. Now it's the day of the wedding, I have no hair and makeup and everywhere is booked. I don't know if they think because they're so few options they don't have to run a functioning business, or it's actually a money laundering front. But yeah thanks for nothing. TLDR lost my reservation twice, hung up on me, never called me back, stood me up for my appointment

My daughter and I both got the "Halo" face frame highlights, customized to each of our preferences. Celeste went the extra mile to ensure my color was just how I like it: seamless with a root shadow and color block toning as I needed. Shannon gave my daughter the PERFECT sunkissed, natural pop she needed to brighten her without looking overdone. They also made sure we were comfortable and brought us snacks and drinks throughout our visit. I cannot recommend this salon enough. If you're on the edge, don't wait just book.

Maggie then charged me double the price saying it was my fault that my formula did not work. I paid the amount and then the next day called Maggie to discuss why she charged me double the price and she basically said no refunds and hung up on me. I reported this incident to corporate aveda. I have been going to aveda salons for 15 years and never had a bad experience until I went to this salon. I would not recommend this salon especially if you are a blonde!!

When I asked for a refund I was met with her telling me to just change my part and that I shouldn't wear my hair so flat (I have thin blonde hair so this isn't really a choice). She was then sending me seemingly drunk and aggressive text messages at 10pm on a Wednesday. Tracee Spencer (the owner of the salon) was less than helpful and actually stated that the below photos looked "beautiful". If you care about the way your hair looks and don't want it fried off your scalp then DO NOT go here. On top of all of this, I had to pay another $250 to get my hair fixed elsewhere.

She wore a mask and I did as well. Lindsy took great care of me and really listened to what I wanted done with my hair. The color came out great and the cut was just how I liked it. This is a Paul Mitchell Salon and they had just been to a show seeing a new technique for blonde hair-the smudge. It looks great! This technique doesn't use as much bleach so hopefully it won't be as harsh on my fine hair. I'm anxious to see how this new color technique grows out at my roots. The cut was minimal at my request due to my growing it out for the summer months. So nice that a stylist understands-a TRIM, not cut. :-) Denice was very good and the atmosphere pleasant as they talked about the Royal Wedding since Michelle is british and going to "Toast Masters" meeting the next evening. I like when people are striving to improve so I enjoyed their conversations. Take a chance on them. They will do a good job for you!
