Tip $20 ( because I understand coat of living even tho I did not get the service that I expected to get). Which was cuticles clean up and dead skin removal was my main concern. I highly recommend not going there because the lack of service. You will get rip off. I've been in the industry for 28 years ( retired now) and never have I seen this kind of service. Even my students in the past does better work while they're in school than a professional salon. Just giving an honest review that's all.

With both the fill and the new set, my nails were lifting not even a week after I had them done. The first time it happened (literally the day after I got the fill) I went and got my nail fixed and they apologized for the inconvenience. Even with the fixed nail, they all started lifting one by one and I didn't even get two weeks of wear out of them. I am very intentional about the care of my nails so that they last as long as possible. I thought it might be better to just go ahead and get a new set, however, the same thing happened again three days after I got the new set. I didn't even bother going back to get them fixed because at that point I knew that they wouldn't stay on even with being fixed. On top of all of that, appointment times are sometimes not honored. There were times when I had to wait 20-30 minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled. If you are looking for a quality job and for your appointment to start at its scheduled time, go elsewhere. I felt like I had paid $50 for press on quality.

The first sign of trouble was that, despite the place being empty aside from us, our request to sit next to one another was met with tight-lipped silence. She accommodated us, though, and we proceeded to explain what we wanted (yellow and black ombré for a WSU game). She seemed very confused and about what we wanted, and rushed us as we deliberated over colors. As she got started, it took about 2 nails in to realize that the ombré she was attempting looked awful. My friend, who is braver than me, spoke up, saying we didn't like how it looked. At that point, we asked her to just wipe off the black ombré layer, so we could just go with the yellow. She put down her tools and rolled her eyes (!), and finished us up with the yellow, which looked fine. Feeling guilty about frustrating her, we tipped big, but that, too, failed to earn a smile. I don't know if it's under new ownership or what, but as we got in the car, we agreed we didn't deserve that treatment, and vowed to never go back.
