I scheduled and appointment and wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt considering the reviews left behind. I asked for a pedicure (WHITE TEA EXPERIENCE $55 Pedi Only Harness the power of the White Tea with healing Guavaberry and organic cupuacu butter) and gel manicure . The pedicure was okay up until the color when it was right above the nail bed , when I asked her to remove it she started talking in her language and was upset. She suggested dip powder Instead of a gel manicure and assured me it would last longer so I agreed. Had I known it was going to be a half assed job, I wouldn't have done it. Not only was it many thick layers but I specifically told her I wanted the same color as my feet and all she did was just put clear coating. She charged me $120 . The pedicure was only 55 and the dip was 45 . Tell me why she charged me an extra $20 ?! I also asked for a PARAFFIN WAX $10 but was not done. I am not one to complain and make a scene, I just take my business elsewhere.

They were nice there at first, however when doing my nails they didn't listen when I was telling them it wasn't looking right and there were too many mistakes. I am not entirely happy with the turn out and I asked for a full set but they didn't even do a proper manicure before putting on my acrylic. They also didn't lotion my hands or do the simple cleanup like other stores do. I am disappointed because it was quite pricey for their poor service... their attention to detail wasn't yo par and that's the most important thing for me.

This was my second time coming to this nail salon. The prices are comparable to other in town. You can go in with out an appointment which is nice. I really don't like the feeling of an assembly line pedicure. Which is what you get here, staff was friendly but hard to understand not sure why they would charge full price for a child.

I was very pleased with my pedicure today. A man, whose name I believe was "Yong" (older gentleman) gave me an extremely detailed pedicure with nail art for $40; to include hot towels, sugar scrub, and took well over an hour. He trimmed back my ingrown nails, and really worked on my rough heels and cuticles. Beautiful job, and my feet are smooth for the first time in ages. I will be back.

Ok, to start off with I want to say Tiffani is an amazing stylist. She's very sweet and easy to…read moretalk to. She genuinely wants to give clients the cuz they want and is great at listening to the clients needs. We have a little discussion about what I wanted and went back to do a wash. The wash was great, clean hair, and made it easy to brush through. Now with all that's said, if you have naturally curly hair and are really invested in your curls, you may want to go somewhere else. Tiffani did a great cut on my hair but with how dimensional my curls are you can't really see the layers I asked for. The boutique also doesn't have a lot of products for curly hair so when styling my hair after the wash and cut she applied a curl cream, to my lightly damp hair, running her hands down through my hair as opposed to encouraging the curls and curl pattern to form. They also don't have a diffuser which was rough; so I left with my hair partially wet and very frizzy to my home where I basically started from scratch, styling is as I usually do on my own. She stated in the beginning that she wanted to take a class on how to cut and style curly hair, which I feel would be very beneficial for future curly hair clients, seeing as she didn't seem to know how to handle or tame the crazy mass of curls I have. All in all the salon is very nice, clean and professional. It also has the cutest western style items like purses and belts, ect. To purchase inside. However if you're looking for guidance with curls, or a cut to enhance the natural curls you already have... unfortunately this is not your place.

I have never enjoyed coming to this salon. I come because my nail tech does an excellent job. While…read moreit is neat and clean, and she does such a nice job on my nails, she is also always complaining and gossiping about the customers to other nail techs and to me. I have noticed that it's mainly just her and the owner who engage in this behavior. That's really uncomfortable because I don't like feeling that I may run afoul of their sensibilities or do something they perceive as rude to them and they might gossip about me. Well I got my turn. After being a loyal customer for almost two years, I apparently stepped in it. This last time she did my nails one of the finger nail's polish lifted that evening and so I peeled it off because it was snagging on everything and bugging me. I tried to get a hold of her to ask if she could fit me in to correct it but I couldn't reach her. I texted her three or so times. So I decided to just show up in person the next day to see if she could fix it. She was out. So I asked politely if anybody else would be able to fix it. I had no idea that was "rude." The owner rather curtly told me she was too busy, which I get. I know they are very busy so I didn't get my feelings hurt. But I did turn to the other tech and see if she had time. She looked at it and said she could help me if I came back in like 30 minutes. I was very happy with that and I did and she did a great job. Took all of five -seven minutes and I gave her a little tip for her efforts and left. All good, right? Wrong. Later I get a snippy text from my nail tech basically chewing me out for not using the correct number to get in touch with her (she has two) and for putting her in an awkward position with her coworkers. Apparently, she was told I acted huffy? I was like, wait a minute...I didn't act huffy. If anyone was huffy it was the owner. I was so confused by that. I was like, don't you all kind of help each other out from time to time? That is certainly how it works in most establishments. I thought this was pretty petty, to be honest, but now I know she likely complained about me to another customer. And that's just when I realized I don't want this negative energy in my life. Additionally, she has quite often reschedules our appts due to family emergencies. I am not complaining about having to put up with accommodating a family emergency or even a few- but she has them often. I chalk this up to her offering and me buying a one year subscription from her over Christmas so I could get my nails done twice a week including nail art for a whole year. Well, I think she sees me as a time sink for her as she is not making any money but tips from me, since I paid up front. So I wouldn't recommend ever making the mistake of buying one of her subscriptions again. Or gift certificate or whatever they are. You will likely get treated like I did. If you want to feel valued, pampered or want a positive atmosphere- this place ain't it. Go somewhere else. Here you get grumpiness and bad attitudes. I cannot recommend this place due to that. It should tell you so much that I'd rather give up my next six months of my paid subscription than keep going back to a place that treats me with contempt. One star because the place is clean. Another star for the coworkers who stepped up the two times I have ever needed anything extra that my nail tech could not do. Last star is because when she does my nails they are almost always perfect and lovely.
