There are individual rooms so you won't have to worry about others. Calming music plays in the background, and the place smells like a typical spa with aroma therapy - fresh and soothing! I requested Tiffany since she was listed in the reviews often for a deep tissue massage. It was my first Thai massage, and when you say hard, she really goes at it. She also confirms if you're okay with her walking on you. In any case, it was good. I did choke a bit lol - but she quickly adjusted and brought out a towel for a higher resting point for my head. I'm writing this review the next day, and I'd say my neck feels a bit better, but I'm also sore in other places now lol.. but I think that means the Thai massage worked since it hits deeper pressure points! She understood what I wanted with the pressure. She walked on my back for a bit but I had to tell her to lighten it up.
