I'm in the middle of lazer hair removal on my chin and under arms. I've had two appointments and after the first it went from having to shave every day, to two weeks and 1/3 of the hair I just went yesterday can't wait to see what happens in this 6 weeks. It's so worth it. Not crazy expensive either. To the people leaving bad reviews... Really, as if you don't know there is a possibility it's not right for you or your body accept it and move on. I've had not one issue getting in contact with them. The first time I didn't know exactly how to get there and he walked me through how to get there and even though I had completely missed my appointment they still fit me in and did the work. The world doesn't revolve around you. It's a business, I know if I have paid anything I would be on the door step waiting to politely talk to them about setting up anything I need to. Please feel free to insert these for yourself *lots of eye rolls*

It's been a month now and I still have discoloration, bruising and browned skin with blisters. Liz was nice at first - warning me when she would use more painful laser wavelengths to penetrate deeper - but then she said "I want to see your pain tolerance and see what your skin can handle" Liz blistered me. The appointment stopped soon as she hurt me. She zapped large veins that I did not ask to be treated - it was incredibly painful and I could feel my vein rupture. I went to a board certified dermatologist and they confirmed I was burned by the laser. Liz should have treated my veins and NOT tried to test my pain threshold. I am now scarred, thanks to Liz.
