Should be a zero star option for this company…read more Buyer beware! These folks are heartless! My father who rented from the old owner for over a decade died unexpectedly and when we notified them they wanted to know who was paying the next month rent. My nephew was willing to take over the lease for sentimental reasons but he couldn't get in there because he had a dog. We were cleaning out the unit to turn it over back to the owners and they changed the lock. When I talked to them about getting the pictures and little bit of property that was left they said I could talk to their lawyer. My dad was very patient with this owner on fixing his bathroom, kitchen and pool that has been broken for years. Now they are threatening to throw away sentimental items and making a bad time for our family even worse. Hopefully this review will prevent others from having to go through this nightmare.

Lied to me multiple times about an exterminator coming out. i was without air all summer as well. I moved out in February and I had to take a loss and leave all my furniture due to the roach infestation. Literally infested in the cabinets in my eating utensils, crawling on all the walls, etc. so I left my furniture and send her photos of roaches letting her know why it was left. Would you believe they are trying to charge me $900 since I left my furniture in the apartment. It was a loss for me because I had to buy all new stuff due to their neglect and they still don't stop. Horrible disgusting people.

Both Michael and Grace are responsive, relaxed, and incredibly flexible. For our engagement photos, neither my husband nor I knew what to expect. Michael came prepared with creative ideas that resulted in an awesome variety of fun, romantic, totally frame-worthy photos. My husband wasn't initially too thrilled about having engagement photos taken in the first place, but the fact that Michael was such a down-to-earth, cool person made a huge difference for us. Now for the wedding... I will just start by saying I am not the type of person who particularly enjoys getting my picture taken, but with Michael, I didn't even know I was being photographed. We didn't want an overabundance of canned/staged poses and pictures. We were more looking for him to be able to blend into the background, but still be able to produce high quality shots and capture the true feeling of the night. He COMPLETELY exceeded our expectations here! Since receiving our photos last week, I have directed all of my family and friends to our online album to relive our perfect day.
