Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs…read more I had the unfortunate experience of reaching out to Ohio Cash Buyers regarding a property I had under contract. I was met with outright hostility and disrespect from someone named Chris, who immediately cursed me out for simply trying to do business. I was professional, clear, and courteous and in return, I got uncalled-for verbal abuse. This is hands-down the most unprofessional and toxic interaction I've had in real estate. If this is how they treat potential partners, I can only imagine how they treat sellers or buyers. Chris needs a serious lesson in basic decency and customer service. Total disgrace to the industry. Stay far away. There are plenty of ethical, respectful investors out there ; this is not one of them.

From the very beginning, Angela worked seamlessly alongside our realtor and helped make the entire process feel smooth, personal, and genuinely special. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional, but what stood out most was the care she showed toward my son and his future wife as they searched for their first home together. This wasn't just another sale to her. She treated it like one of the most important moments in a young couple's life -- because it was. Watching my son step into what he and his bride-to-be are already calling their forever home is something I will never forget, and Angela played such an important role in making that dream happen. Her reputation for excellence is absolutely deserved, but beyond being an outstanding realtor, she is simply a wonderful person. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance, kindness, and the heart she brought to the entire experience.

Jerry was with us every step of the way and made an unusual circumstance seem like it was meant to be the way to buy a house. I was stuck in Texas due to COVID, so after a long pause on house hunting (Jerry and his team were very patient with us) my husband and parents went in my stead. Jerry made sure they felt welcomed, had all of their questions answered, had so many options available and ensured I was included in every part of the process even though I was several states away. I cannot express enough how grateful my husband and I are for their hard work and dedication to finding us our perfect home.

That said, when I email somebody, I expect a response back. So I concentrate really, really hard and email Jon about a property I wish to sell. I got his contact info from Zachary J. Arvia (How's THAT for a name?). I contact Zach on 2/9 via email that I'd like to have another agent as Mr. Murray is apparently too busy to do business with me. Which is fine... people have lives and I get that but why not send me a macro stating 'blah, blah, blah, I'm too busy, blah'. Nope and to add insult to injury, Mr. Arvia has no record of ever referring me to Mr. Murray to begin with. Pan camera left to observe me staring at Mr. Arvia's email with Mr. Murray's contact info then pan right and watch me laugh. Moving on.
