I would say this is the nicest place in the area and, given how nice it is, it is pretty affordable. Pros: - Right on Lake Crabtree and the Greenway - A short walk to Umstead State Park - Close to airport, freeway, etc. without feeling too close - Excellent gym is included in rent - Sophisticated clubhouse and common areas (more so than any other apartments I've been to) - Nice pool - Staff is very friendly and accommodating - The one maintenance issue that came up (broken light fixture, our bad) was fixed within an hour. - Pretty quite place - we rarely hear neighbors, and we've never had noise issues, etc. Cons: There really aren't too many downsides here... - Depending on where your apartment is, taking the garbage out can be a bit of a hike We've been entirely happy with our stay, and would recommend the Lofts to anyone looking for an apartment in the Cary/Morrisville area.

We had to live for nearly a month in the middle of summer without proper air conditioning, and the only "solution" offered was a small, noisy portable AC. No compensation was provided for this major inconvenience. After move-out, they added unjustified cleaning and painting charges without any proof of damage. The garage is always dirty and sticky, and the garbage collection area is constantly littered. I honestly don't know what part of "luxury" applies to these so-called "luxury" apartments. Some of the office staff members are genuinely helpful, but they have no authority to make decisions about fees. The financial team, on the other hand, is arrogant and completely unhelpful.

I toured an apartment with "Tracie" at the time she advised the apartment I was moving in wasn't ready but I could view the same layout. They were still "working" on my unit and I absolutely just couldn't see it. I toured the layout and signed a lease. DAY OF when I came to get keys that morning they advised unit WASNT ready even asked if I could come another day.. I advised I already rented truck hired movers and cannot change but agreed to come later as they were still "working" on home .. a little after 4pm I finally get a call it's ready.. as I was moving in I noticed a strong smell I never smelled before .. I assumed it was paint but later realized the place was sprayed HEAVILY with bug spray. I started noticing bugs on walls soon after that SAME DAY .. as the tv mount guy mounted TVs there were bugs crawling from my EMPTY closet.. as I start to open the kitchen cabinets there are ROACHES .. I hadn't moved in ANYTHING this was all within minutes of getting my keys.. I will include dates photos I got my keys 2/16/2022 same days as photos of the bugs.. MY OVEN HAD ROACHES THEY NEVER REPLACED THE OVEN I called office who sent over "pest control" that following week .. they came in and sprayed bug juice that did absolutely nothing for the infestation didn't clean up the bugs .. the office never apologized or even offer to credit me anything for this nightmare moving experience... They should have never allowed anyone to live here. I had to take on the role to clean it myself and after seeing how weak the pest control service was I started to help my own situation which resulted in them CHARGING me $200 on my account for the infestation even locking my account until I paid it.. even though TRACIE GRAHAM the leasing agent and manager at the time KNEW and have seen the same photos listed here.. I allowed them to come every week for monthsssss and NOTHING worked there is still bugs here.. my personal property has been ruined.. my kids BRAND NEW bed is ruined ....
