She kept the length as much as she could while also taking off what needed to be refreshed. They were both so nice and we chatted away during the appointment. I recently went in for a root touch up. The stylist was rude during the whole process, Not to…read moremention that the color did not blend with my blonde hair. The contrast was significantly noticeable. She simply stated to me I don't like putting bleach on client's hair. Then proceeded to get worse. I asked her to blow dry my hair. She said I have a client so I can't don't want them to wait. After this horrible experience I telephoned the manager and explained the situation. She offered me to come in to fix my hair free of charge. When I arrived it was a completely different story! Said it was a different service and proceeded to charge me $200 to fix another stylists mistake! I honestly just wanted it to be fixed because I am going out of town for my son's college graduation. Should have never been charged in the first place, now I am out $200 which will never be refunded! Needless to say I will never step foot in there salon again.
