I placed an online order for the Fields of Europe-Happy Birthday. I upgraded to the extra large size. It was a gift to my sister for her birthday. When the arrangement arrived. She sent me a picture thanking me. While the display looked okay. It wasn't anything compared to what the picture look like online. The online description shows the vase with a string bow tie around the vase. It also states in the description that the arrangement is paired with 18" D Mylar " Happy Birthday" balloon. What they delivered didn't have neither. This is the "second time" I ordered from this place and their floral arrangements isn't anything like the online description.Hobby Lobby is on ( Gause) the same street they're located on. If you can no longer afford to wrap your floral vases with bows or buy balloons. MAYBE NOW IS A GOOD TIME TO CLOSE SHOP. I WOULD NEVER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. read more

Yesterday was my mother in laws birthday and my husband and I wanted to send her flowers. The lady who answered was very helpful and friendly. I told I needed birthday flowers in the $40ish range. B/c my mother in law lives in Lacombe, there was $10 delivery fee (maybe their usual delivery fee) which I thought was reasonable. I live out of town and unable to attend funeral. Wanted to send flowers from my family to the funeral. This was a third party florist in which my florist used due to location in Lacombe and my florist in another city. I requested a picture of the floral arrangement once completed due to inability to go to the florist directly due to living in another city and not attending the funeral. Never received the picture and contacted the florist the day of the funeral to see if I could still get a picture. Told the floral arrangement had been delivered already this morning. Explained how I was so disappointed because I would not be able to see the floral arrangement due to not attending the funeral and then I was told by the Manager, I'll send a guy to stand in the middle of the funeral and take a pic - sarcastically. Do you believe this? When someone is mourning and this is the reply to my concerns with the manager. I had to report this, no one deserves this type of service and I am posting this in hope to avoid someone else experiencing this type of behavior and unprofessional service. The nerve!!!!! The ladies on staff and very polite and helpful. They came to my rescue. I order floral arrangements for an event 4 days ahead of my event at Weathers and they called me the evening before the event at 5pm to tell me they did not have my color flowers. I asked for a refund and the owner assured me that he would have the flowers and my arrangements ready for pick up the next morning. When I picked up the arrangements they were the wrong color. The owner refused to give me a refund. I wasn't going to continue to argue with him. After losing $37 dollars because the owner at Weathers refuse to give me a refund. I had to call around to other florist and see who could make last minute arrangements. Well the ladies at Distinctive Floral were very helpful and sweet. These ladies made my arrangements and had them ready for pick up with no problem. They also did not charge me anything. This is true customer service. They have gained another customer. read more
