The speed at which they were processing me was unsettling. They barely listened to the problem and within minutes they came to the conclusion that my occasional visits to the gym were the cause of my injury. I tried to ask questions to Dr. Corradino and she gave me a condescending tone each reply with the same "ice your knee" response. I was clearly a nuisance. She also claimed she was a power lifter and this information was relevant because my injury couldn't possibly have been from an accident I described but from my occasional gym visits. Then as if she couldn't get rid of me quick enough, she sends me to the physical therapist upstairs. The upstairs is not much different, be warned. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional place. Although the front desk woman was very pleasant, she charged me twice for two different copay amounts. This ended up being an issue because their "refund" hadn't gone through, resulting in a bank fee that I'll have to pay. She apologized claiming she had a number in her head but it was the wrong one? After my frustration, I called the next day to resolve this issue and the woman over the phone was extremely unhelpful, rude, and claimed it was my banks fault for not refunding me. Incredibly ridiculous. I will not be returning, I will not be recommending. I will continues to take the hike to NYU where I know I'll be taken care of, in a clean and friendly environment.

The other doctors under their employ have been a rotating door of physicians that realize what a dumpster fire of a practice it is and jump ship or it's found out after they're hired of some pretty dark skeletons in their closet no one bothered to check on before offering them a contract. I wouldn't send my dying dog to this place and hope they get reported to the state board over the massive multiple violations they have done in my short time there. Well I took a shower and it was soft and ended up removing it myself. Now I finally have a healthy nail back after 20 years that sat underneath. I even expressed I wanted half orthopedic pads, but ordered full length which did not work at all because it pushed my feet outside my sneakers. Please don't become a doctor if you truly don't care. It is a very loud, non relaxing environment , where all conversations can easily be heard. Furthermore, these conversations between other patients and the doctors can be very offensive, improper and unprofessional. As i was receiving care, the doctor and patient in the next room spoke about very offensive issues using crude language. This is a very impersonal and misleading office. X-rays were not even reviewed with me because how much they rush from patient to patient. They give you medical equipment stating you will not be charged, however they bill your insurance and the patient incurs any deductible costs. VERY MISLEADING!!! HORRIBLE experience!!!
