Aaron with DishTek has installed tvs and satellite systems for us for many years. He is always helpful and knowledgeable about what we need. He is also always willing to help us when we have questions. I have recommended him to many friends. He arrives on time, works consistently, and never leaves a mess. read more

I have used Aaron at Dishtek for many years and many projects. He is extremely knowledgable on all things concerning Satellite, TV, Stereo, Surround, Wireless, and all things related. His work is clean, professional, and precise. He takes no shortcuts and performs his tasks dead on the first time. I would not consider using anyone else... Period! The only issue is he is so good you may have to wait a day or two, to get him over to your house,however, he is well worth the wait; and one of the nicest and most trustworthy people I have met in a very long time. I have used Dishtek on several occasions. They have hung 4 tv's in my home including mounting, running the electrical and the coax and complete set up. Aaron Also installed a surround sound system in my main living area. Lastly I had him come out and mount, install and set up an outdoor tv and speaker system on my screened porch area. In all cases Dishtek (Aaron) has done a fantastic job. Always doing a neat and clean install. Any time I have a question about any of my systems he is just a phone call or text message away. He is very dependable and I would recommend Dishtek (Aaron) for any tv, surround, satellite work. I am adding another room to my home this fall and have already spoken to Aaron about setting up another tv and surround sound system for me in that room Aldo. We're a small local business with a background in construction and wiring, and 25+ years installing TVs, sound and satellite systems. We're highly skilled and love what we do. We'll listen to your ideas, then use our experience to create customized options and cost profiles for your project. If you want fast and cheap, we're not your guys. Our reputation and quality ensure that we are always busy. People that will rush TO your job will rush THROUGH and AWAY from your job. We give each customer and project the time they deserve. This often means long hours during the week, so we don't typically work weekends, but make occasional exceptions. We don't use inferior products to cut costs. Quality is rarely cheap. We may not be cheapest or fastest, but we'll give you a great experience with great results. Some variables can impact the cost of a project, but we'll always communicate and never ambush you. If you've seen their ads or visited their website, you might not believe it, but the actual service has been excellent. That said, the installation process was a mixed bag. I had to deal with three sales reps who clearly didn't understand the product. They couldn't answer basic questions and kept repeating vague explanations about Wi-Fi, regardless of the actual topic. Thankfully, the technician who did the install--Julius B.--was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions clearly. He really saved the experience. While I'm impressed with the service so far, I'm a little concerned about what might happen if I ever need to call support. But for now, everything is working as expected.

They said techs would get it restored as quickly as possible. It was 2+ days before service was restored. I do not believe tech were working on this small outage (one street) for 2 days. I don't k now if it was because this was a week-end or not, bubt after waiting all week-end, service was restored Monday morning. I would like to know why it took so long to restore the coverage and why we were given misleading info on the outage.
