A very good juice bar. DisFruta is excellent for those looking to get something fresh and healthy. It has a lot of fruit such as fresh pineapples and strawberries. Good flavors. They have lots of flavored protein powders too. I got a smoothie made fresh. It's $7.50 for a small. This includes the choices of fruit with a protein powder too. Fruits looks fresh. There's so many fruits including mango, pineapple, and strawberries. Also they have non dairy milks. They have protein powders including many that are vegan. It gets all blended up and they're fast. The smoothie I got was a good one. Among the healthiest places here. It's on 207th Street at Post Avenue in Inwood among lots of bodegas and other Hispanic places. There's another location in Washington Heights if you're too far away from this. read more

I been coming to this spot for years now. This spot has the best Patelitos and smoothies. Before this place was open i use to buy my Patelitos from corner blocks. Since it's so well known in the upper west side of Manhattan. This place is my go to spot going to work in the Am i usually buy a nice Fresh Fruits Smoothie and coming out of work i do the same with maybe 2 Patelitos. The place is not that big so you will always expect people to be inside, But with there fast paste servers you will get served on the spot. One of the best things about the smoothies are the fruits their fresh and juicy. The prices are great as well you can buy a large smoothie for just $4. I will guranteed you will love this place stop by and give them a try if you are a Smoothie lover. Great place to grab a quick bite. The service is fast and convenient. The smoothies are great however i been here a couple of times and i dont know if they ever addressed the issue where i go really before work grab some patelitos and they seemed as if they were from last night and they were just reheated. There's no reason the patelitos shouldn't be fresh especially if i'm buying them in the morning. It was really disappointing cause ive had their fresh patelitos before but this has happened more than once where the patelitos are hard and that's why i stopped coming in here and just go across the street that has a great patelitos with many options . As for the smoothies i have no problem with and they are open late nights and staff is friendly read more

we asked multiple times in both English and Spanish if our card would be accepted. We were told each time "yes" and that we would be able to pay. Once it's time to ring up the order, the woman at the register starts saying she can't take the card and we need to use another. How about you get the dollar signs out of your eyes and do your job? If we asked it's because we intended to use that card to pay. read more

I just went there and they were open... (On yelp it said they were closed.... Lies!!) This place is amazing!! So glad I found it! The chicken patty is amazing!!! I really wanted to try the cheese one but there were none left :/ Customer service is fast and kind! My smoothie was missing sugar the first time so I asked for some (sugar) and instead of just giving me some (sugar), the lady put my smoothie back in the blender and added the sugar there... After I had an amazingggg masterpiece of a smoothie! My secret smoothie recipe: strawberry, papaya, mango, and 1/2 of a banana... She adds orange juice (I'm pretty sure I tastes it) and skim milk (that I saw for sure). So again: if you're in the area... You MUST try this place. The good news: they expanded! The bad news: they changed the name and I can't remember to what! I've been coming to this smoothie establishment for at least a year now, as I find myself in Inwood fairly often. They have nearly every fruit imaginable, which you can order in any combination, with your choice of milk or sugar. I also noticed they put cinnamon in smoothies, which adds a faint and tasty tang to the smoothies. I'm a fan of their strawberry banana smoothies. So creamy and delicious with condensed milk-- it barely lasts a few blocks before it's gone. They have empanadas which are good (not as good as Empanadas Monumental though), and sandwiches. I have yet to try a sandwich from them! I should. Brotip: They also understand English. Don't be scared! read more

Decent place .. Great prices for portions . The place doesn't have a menu so you create your own. I got a large cup for 5$ , although the it was a really bitter.. Hard to finish the whole thing. No seats available inside, it's basically a hall way. read more

All I have to say is this is my new favorite place when it comes to smoothies! They know how to sweeten my shakes up perfectly.. now I know where to get my smoothies and juices during summer time ! There are so many endless possibilities when it comes to mixing things up. Next time I will definitely try a mango and strawberry smoothie. there were many people lined up in this little hole in the wall place. had the beef empanada. it had a nice flakey crust with a well seasoned beef filling. the menu isn't translated but you can get the gist of what's going on and what they've got. will want to try a smoothie since I saw them making it with evaporated milk! read more

YUM! My tummy rumbles just thinking of this place. I've only been here once and can only judge them on their smoothies. I had a large mango and banana smoothie and it was only $4! 5 stars isn't enough for this place, this is my absolute faaaavorite spot for a shake and pastelio. And when I'm trying to eat clean, they have a wide variety of salads, parfaits, and shakes to your liking. They really take into account their customers and are extremely friendly. Their pastelios aren't greasy either like most places, and their Morir Soñandos are the BOMB (everyone knows that not many people can accomplish this).
