All parts were in the next day, but they kept putting the repair off. After three days they finally started the work and realized they had the wrong parts. They had not bothered to check two days earlier to see if they had the correct parts. After talking to the service manager both my wife and I were treated with little or no respect. We were basically told that the truck would be ready when it WAS ready and no one should have told us anything about the completion date. I took the truck without having it repaired properly.
