We have tried other daycare centers but none even come close to the program and staff at Happy Faces ELC. The certified staff takes continuing education courses in early childhood education/development to maintain their credentials and they're so knowledgeable, very professional, firm but fair, and all the kids have fun and learn about all kinds of things. A normal school day for children is to arrive bright and early between 6:00 - 7:00am, they play in whatever educational center they chose (computers, housekeeping, blocks, library area, etc) until it's time to go to school. Mr. Tim drives the children to school in the Happy Faces new 14 passenger van. When they get out of school, Mr. Tim is there to pick them up and take them safely back to Happy Faces. When they arrive, they have time to wind down and eat a snack, then they start their homework. After homework is finished, the children enjoy free time playing outside with the other children, entertaining themselves in one of the learning centers, reading a book or playing an educational game the teacher has prepared/set-up. Happy Faces ELC's Summer Program is exciting, educational and most of all fun! When I pick her up, she just can't stop talking about all the exciting things she did that day. Our grand-daughter especially likes the field trips to: bowling, skating, parks, museums, swimming, movies and more!!! On non-field trip days, Happy Faces has special guests stop by to educate and entertain the children like: a mobile petting zoo, clowns, magicians, police officers, fire fighters, and more! Happy Faces ELC is so exciting and educational that my grand-daughter won't go anywhere else! We love Happy Faces ELC, we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else and the staff are so friendly and professional !!!! We give Happy Faces 2 thumbs up!!!!

I showed the images to my pediatrician and to other people and they were uphauled by what they saw. I could see EACH TOOTH on my daughters leg. This to me is negligence. If you want to know what your child is doing on a daily basis, don't go here. Her first day was great, we got regular updates on the app they provide, but after that if we got ANY update it was alerting us when we dropped off / picked up our child. We even gave them IPADS. Yes, we donated IPADS to the center to just get updates as they said their teachers couldn't do regular updates due to lack of something to do the updates on. Nothing changed. We reached out to the owner as she told us to contact her whenever we have an issue. We had multiple issues we brought to her attention. What was her response to this? We get an email saying your daughter is being removed from the center and that day was her last day. This was ridiculous. I showed the email I sent and the response I got, to multiple people and found it to be unprofessional. Regardless, we have my daughter at another center. The funny thing is we have not one time had to complain and she's been at this one longer. She has learned and developed more and actually cries LEAVING as she has so much fun. The staff turnover is crazy at this location and seem to be bothered when you had questions. My wife dropped off our daughter before to staff members too busy on their phones than to help get my daughter settled. They even had a morning person who my daughter would SCREAM AT THE SIGHT OF. When I brought this to the attention of the owner I was told that person was not a "people person". And they are working around children? Again, you may have different experiences. I would not wish for this place on anybody and the best decision we made was leaving there!

The center will not offer toileting assistance to children who ask for help other than providing them with their spare clothing and offering wipes for the child to clean themselves up. I called the state about my concerns. The state visited and found that the center was not out of compliance with this, however; during a meeting regarding the care of my child the directors were very rude. They told me that I was upset because I was not getting what I wanted. When I asked where in their handbook to find the section on the care they provided and didn't provide the director told me, "You can read, find it yourself. You signed that you read and understood the information." When I asked what age they expected children to wipe and clean themselves up "three" was the answer that was provided. My child is school aged and I certainly don't expect any staff member to accompany him to the bathroom and monitor his toileting habits. I do however expect that anyone who I am paying to provide care for my son, help him whenever he requests help. I don't feel that including this in an IEP is appropriate (the center requested this in order to provide help to my child if he asked for it). This is not a disability but a skill that has not been fully developed The center did offer to call me if my child requested assistance and I could leave work to come to the center to assist him. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and the care of my child will not be entrusted to this organization. The directors are very unprofessional and condescending to their patrons when their business/care practices are questioned. These ladies have a lot to learn if they are going to be successful in the childcare business. When I told them I would be posting my review to social media they asked to make sure I included all of the details so I hope this honors their request. Parents/guardians, do your homework and make sure to visit this center before deciding to place your child here. Go with your gut.
