This is easily…read morethe worst hotel stay I've ever had due to a lack of cleanliness from the hotel and it's housekeeping staff. On Thursday I asked to have the room cleaned and they did not clean it at all. On Friday I asked again. They came in and put new towels and sheets, but did not clean the bathroom. They left the bathroom with hair in the sink, speckles of feces in the toilet bowl, and some urine stain drops on the bathroom floor. All the front desk could say was sorry. I asked again today (saturday) to have it cleaned and gave them a list of what to pay attention to. They cleaned the sink. Only half way cleaned the toilet (basically just the low, visible part...up around the rim was still filthy, and just left without cleaning the urine stains off the floor. When I informed the front desk, again they just said sorry. At this point I asked if I could be put in another room and they said they didn't have any available. But yet, the parking lot is slightly less than half full. Additionally, they have a garbage can out front that has been overflowing for 2 days in a row now. This hotel is FILTHY and their housekeeping staff will cut corners and try to take shortcuts to get in an out, and the staff takes ZERO accountability. I would avoid this place like the plague, cause quite honestly, you might actually get it staying here.

We booked a King corner suite for a one-night stay, and it felt like the perfect upgrade for a quick escape. At check-in, the bellman was incredibly helpful--guiding us through the parking garage layout and sharing recommendations for nearby restaurants, a coffee shop, and the on-site boutiques. The property has a true resort-style feel, and the amenities definitely elevate the experience. Our room was on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of the surrounding area, which made the stay feel even more special. The only minor disappointment was the lamps on the side of bed, to turn them off were turn knobs. But thats a first world problem (lol). This is a must visit hotel and we will certainly be back.

My wife and I stayed in Room 401 on June 21, 2026, and discovered a severe bedbug infestation. I have uploaded undeniable video and photographic evidence of live bedbugs crawling on the hotel sheets and bloodstains left behind. More tragically, my wife was brutally bitten all over her body. As you can see in the attached photos, her back and legs are covered in huge, heavily swollen, and painfully itchy red welts. She is in immense physical pain and emotional trauma, requiring urgent medical care. When we demanded a refund, the front desk deflected responsibility to a third-party site. Even worse, when I emailed the General Manager, Ali Khan, he sent a shameless reply completely denying the issue, claiming their "pest control" found nothing, and even insulting us by claiming the photos of my wife's severe injuries "do not appear to be bug bites" and that "the background is not of our hotel." They are gaslighting paying guests and trying to cover up a clear health hazard. The City of Garland and the Department of Health will be notified immediately, and we are pursuing legal action for personal injury. This hotel has zero integrity, treats injured guests like liars, and runs an unsanitary facility. Save your health and stay somewhere else!

Found this hotel using Hotwire by selecting the price and viewing the property name afterward. For just under $50/night, we secured a room here for a mid-week trip to Dallas. This place is somewhat hard to find if you don't know where it is: the sign is small, and it's nestled behind a few buildings. Just turn in when you see a Wendy's, and you can get there fairly easily. Your GPS might get a little confused though. The unremarkable exterior did not prepare us for what we found when we opened the doors here: double french doors open to a high-end-looking lobby, complete with library, several sitting areas, and a fireplace. Front desk is attentive and quick, friendly and courteous. We were immediately helped and on our way to our room within minutes. The room was clean and bigger than expected, with a full size refrigerator, two-burner stove complete with dishes, and a flat screen TV and super comfortable bed. We were nearly late to check out, we slept so well; which rarely happens for us in a hotel! The property itself is very well kept- there's an interior court yard with a gazebo and a pool. Wish we'd brought our swimming suits, because it would have been fun to relax there. Courtyard itself is full of green trees, grass, and flowers, and is well-maintained. Property also has a small fitness room, with towels provided, featuring a weight bench, treadmill, stepping machine, and a bike.
