This is easily…read morethe worst hotel stay I've ever had due to a lack of cleanliness from the hotel and it's housekeeping staff. On Thursday I asked to have the room cleaned and they did not clean it at all. On Friday I asked again. They came in and put new towels and sheets, but did not clean the bathroom. They left the bathroom with hair in the sink, speckles of feces in the toilet bowl, and some urine stain drops on the bathroom floor. All the front desk could say was sorry. I asked again today (saturday) to have it cleaned and gave them a list of what to pay attention to. They cleaned the sink. Only half way cleaned the toilet (basically just the low, visible part...up around the rim was still filthy, and just left without cleaning the urine stains off the floor. When I informed the front desk, again they just said sorry. At this point I asked if I could be put in another room and they said they didn't have any available. But yet, the parking lot is slightly less than half full. Additionally, they have a garbage can out front that has been overflowing for 2 days in a row now. This hotel is FILTHY and their housekeeping staff will cut corners and try to take shortcuts to get in an out, and the staff takes ZERO accountability. I would avoid this place like the plague, cause quite honestly, you might actually get it staying here.

We booked a King corner suite for a one-night stay, and it felt like the perfect upgrade for a quick escape. At check-in, the bellman was incredibly helpful--guiding us through the parking garage layout and sharing recommendations for nearby restaurants, a coffee shop, and the on-site boutiques. The property has a true resort-style feel, and the amenities definitely elevate the experience. Our room was on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of the surrounding area, which made the stay feel even more special. The only minor disappointment was the lamps on the side of bed, to turn them off were turn knobs. But thats a first world problem (lol). This is a must visit hotel and we will certainly be back.

Each area has its own "scent", the lobby, the elevator, the hallway, and the actual room. Definitely has an older scent to the whole place. The hotel is definitely on the slightly older side, so it was an overall average stay and we knew that. We didn't get a straight sleep any of the nights throughout the stay because of the fluctuating room temperature. We're both hot sleepers, so when the AC turns off it warms up pretty quickly. When the AC turns back on it gets pretty loud, the machine itself is loud and the bed is right next to the AC. We were woken up either from the temperature or the loud AC. Again, we did not have any high expectations. It would definitely made the stay a lot better if the temperature was more consistent. Bottom line: The hotel did its job.

I'm an IHG Rewards Member and most of my IHG stays have been tagged with great customer service, kind and caring staff, and great Breakfast. This one failed on all three. Grateful always for a place to rest our heads, but it just wasn't what I expected, by far. I booked online through their direct website, but I've seen hotels post renovations in process to prepare their guests - especially when it affects amenities. The unremarkable exterior did not prepare us for what we found when we opened the doors here: double french doors open to a high-end-looking lobby, complete with library, several sitting areas, and a fireplace. Front desk is attentive and quick, friendly and courteous. We were immediately helped and on our way to our room within minutes. The room was clean and bigger than expected, with a full size refrigerator, two-burner stove complete with dishes, and a flat screen TV and super comfortable bed. We were nearly late to check out, we slept so well; which rarely happens for us in a hotel! The property itself is very well kept- there's an interior court yard with a gazebo and a pool. Wish we'd brought our swimming suits, because it would have been fun to relax there. Courtyard itself is full of green trees, grass, and flowers, and is well-maintained. Property also has a small fitness room, with towels provided, featuring a weight bench, treadmill, stepping machine, and a bike.
