I often observe employees and how they interact with other customers while shopping and he's a total sweetheart. The only thing that was a little irritating was the service. We were there 3 hours before our flight. The shop was supposed to be open according to posted hours, but it wasn't. Finally about an hour before boarding, it opened. I took about 15 minutes to pay my tab at the restaurant, and then went into the shop. I was already browsing about 5 minutes, and the clerk informed me she had to close, and I had to leave not even allowing me to pay for the few things I had picked. About 15 minutes before boarding, she came back and opened back up, so I went in and bought the things I could get in that time. If I hadn't liked the shop so much, I wouldn't have gone back.
