We chose AVR because Alex was patient, listened to our ideas, and gave us helpful advice. When the size of rocks we wanted was not available, I was willing to use larger ones. But Alex took the extra time to find the exact size we wanted. This was our first landscaping project, so we had many questions. Alex was always friendly and helpful. He also carefully checked the pavers on our patio to make sure they were level and water would not collect. Our project included three walkways, garden bed borders, a paver patio, and a large Japanese-style rock garden. After a year, everything still looks great, and the maintenance has been manageable. We really appreciate Alex's patience, hard work, and attention to detail. We highly recommend AVR!

All of the work was well done, clean, no mess. All the issues got fixed and things look good.

The fence that was installed has nails sticking out throughout, and the metal posts are neither level nor plumb. The tapered edge of the concrete does not meet our needs and will now require us to build ramps just to get our trailer onto the slab. Despite raising these concerns, we were not offered a solution or even an apology. After nearly a month of delays and frustration, we ultimately decided to end the project. Unfortunately, this left our yard completely open, including access to our pool, creating a significant safety and liability concern. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. We are now faced with the additional expense of finding someone else to correct and redo the work that should have been completed properly the first time.

Took about a week to complete. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5...I don't want to say lack of planning or poor organization, but Jose would at times come by later in the evening to finish off some work. I guess you could look at it as a good or a bad, but pushing 8PM in the dark with a flashlight, when no one is home could attract the wrong attention. Again, overall. RMR did a wonderful job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any concrete work.

I felt bad for them on those 100 degree plus days, but they didn't complain and showed up when they said they would and did an amazing job. I included some before and after photos of the work. They did everything in 1 and a half weeks and I have gone from having the most embarrassing yard on the block to the one that everyone keeps stopping by and complimenting. Not only is the product good but again, Mr Nguyen is a pleasure to work with, is patient, punctual and fairly priced. I'm recommending them to everybody, book them while they are still available!

I asked him to look at some things beyond my original request and he gave me some recommendations about how I could maximize my irrigation and save water. He and his crew showed up the next day and completed the work as promised. Unfortunately my dreams are bigger than my budget so the rest of the recommendations will have to wait until next month. Bottom line...I'm a single woman who has been taken advantage of by many "handymen". Francisco listened to my thoughts and concerns and guided me in the right direction. I know nothing about irrigation and don't really care to...I just need it to water my plants, not waste water and most importantly not blow up like it did after the "handyman" did the repair. I'm quickly learning to hire the people skilled in the trade, it might cost a little more up front but they do it everyday and paying for that experience will save in the long run. I just paid for this same repair a year ago that was half a$$ but I'm confident it's done right now and if something happens Francisco will make it right! Finding a contractor with integrity who really cares about quality work and customer satisfaction is rare these days. You won't be disappointed in his work. I'm extremely happy with everything that Francisco and his crew did and am looking forward to having them back next month to make my yard even better! My backyard oasis is definitely becoming a reality with this crew on my side! Thank you, Francisco...looking forward to seeing you next month!
