So we Finally called this place they picked up the phone and we told them what was going on and the guy on the phone told us to bring it in and they will look at it. We arrived and talked with Chris I think that's what his name was he was nice. He hooked up his computer and did what ever he did on it and went under the hood and started messing around with wires un hooking this and that and yes he let me watch. He found a problem with a black thing I forgot what it was called. So he ordered one and i think it was about 45 min and he was done with it. No more missing and the price wasn't bad. The only reason for the 4 stars is they didn't have a waiting room they had chair's and a picnic table to sit down at out side. But they are a Small shop with 2 over head doors. But the service was great and they did offer us something to drink while we were waiting. I lost all…read morepower to my vehicle, threw a rod, and the engine went into safety mode so I had time to cross traffic onto an easement. I was in the middle of nowhere alone. Not a sole in sight. I had trouble finding a wrecker service because I didn't have much of a cell signal. The tow company, Steve Steel's, out of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, found exactly where I was calling from. He called me back within 5 minutes and had a truck on the way. While waiting, I checked the oil, checked for burning electrical, checked the coolant, etc. So Steel's sent me to Morgan's based on his recommendation of, "I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, ma'am". Chris and his family were warm, caring, courteous people. They welcomed me in their Home while Chris and his son worked on my car. When I say they worked on my car, I mean they busted their butts to try to get me on the road. They worked all day into the evening, and we had to pause until the next day. They took me to where I'd booked a room for the night and they worked nearly all day Saturday to figure out what the heck was happening. Turns out there was an open recall on the very recall was the reason I was stranded. They put the car BACK TOGETHER for me and got me to my sister who came from an hour + and Morgan's took care of the pickup of my vehicle by the Steel's and I had a solution to everything. If you're broke down near Broken Bow, OK, that's the only place to take your car and know you're being truly taken care of. Chris was honest and was absolutely trustworthy. I've dealt with a LOT of mechanics across the nation because of my job and with 100% certainty I would go there before ANY of the companies I've dealt with. Thank you so much, Chris, son, & family for making a nightmare quite a bit bearable.

Incredible RV repair man!!! He is extremely affordable AND efficient. We called him in the evening,…read moreand he showed up the next morning. He also showed us how to troubleshoot our problem on our own if it ever occured again (older RV refrigerator kept giving us an error code and shutting down completely, but the unit itself was still in great shape). He followed up with us the next day and reminded us to call him if the problem occurred again. We did need to call him later that week, and he graciously helped us over the phone at no additional charge. We called 5 different RV repair me before him before we left on our trip to Beaver Bend State Park, and they all said we would have to get the unit replaced. Cole is a blessing to have found, and he eliminated our RV stresses without emptying our pockets. We cannot say enough praises about him and his work ethics. Our only problem...we can't take him with us! ; )

I called this guy up because I was having a problem draining my shower. I also had a broke handle…read moreon either my black tank or my gray tank. I was confused. I took a picture and showed him he was supposed to bring me a handle and replace it instead he drove out to my house. Charge me $75 to go and pull the handle to let my gray water drain. That was the problem. I was pulling the wrong handle . I was pulling the black water, but it had a broken handle so it was really hard. I feel like this guy knew exactly what the problem was. So he showed up did not show up with a new handle and charge me $75 to pull the black water tank handle. Definitely would not trust this guy at all. So the service call should've been him replacing the broke handle. I thought it was pretty strange because he came out here really quick and I thought oh well maybe he has the handles on stock or something but no he came out without the part. So basically, I had two handles and one of them had a broken handle that I could not pull and the one that I was pulling was not the gray tank so this guy came out here without the new handle that I asked him for just wait for him to make a quick $75 without doing any work whatsoever. I even have the text messages still I will be uploading those later. They're on another phone.
