I love this Discount Tire. I've been coming here for years and they have always taken care of me. They keep commitments and are very efficient. They have fixed damaged tires for free repeatedly, even when they weren't tires I had bought from Discount. The staff has always been patient and friendly. Wouldn't get tire service anywhere else. read more

Elijah (assuming younger one since there are two at this location) helped me today. Not at the store. On the side of the road. I had a flat and he'd just gotten off work. Just want you all to know what an amazingly kind young man you have working for you. We need more people like him in this world. I made a TikTok about what happened today and called the store and I'm posting this review. Everyone needs to know about him. The next time I need new tires or have any tire related issues I'm coming to see him! Please give him and this location your business! Also posing on Google! read more

With the recent cold weather I needed the air pressure in my tires checked. I stopped by and was immediately greeted by the employees. Jarred assisted me with my tires. He was very friendly and professional. He took care of me quickly and answered all of my questions. Very good customer service at this location. read more

Absolutely best service around. I came into to get new tires for a Camaro during the snow storm. They did an excellent job during installation. I ended up getting stuck in the parking lot due to the ice. their entire crew came out and helped me get unstuck. absolutely amazing service and they went above and beyond to help me out. could not be happier with their help! read more

The staff is incredible! I arrived around 750am, as well as about 10 other customers, and right at 800am, the team came out to the parking lot and greeted each customer. The way they communicate with the customers is extremely professional. This location was able to repair my tire in under an hour and get me on my way. Great leadership = great team. read more

Broke down two times yesterday, discount got us in and we told them we are transporting a car to an event and needed to be there ASAP. Whole crew came out to help us get back on the road to head to our event within 25 minutes. Got to chat with several employees, great service and great staff 1000% the best discount tire I have ever dealt with. read more

JD went above and beyond to help make sure my family got home safe. We came in to rotated and balance tires but were unaware that two tires were bad. One much worse than the other. JD loaned us a tire to make sure we got home safe. Then after installing new tires delivered my car to the mechanic to get alignment done. Discount tire has always been great but as of today you have a lifelong customer read more

The good: - I have been a customer here for years and rarely had any issues. - I have bought multiple tires here and only had issues with the cheap tire brands - I have come here for nails in my tires and normally had them fixed every time. The bad: - I brought in a set of rims and end up getting them back damaged - I had a problem with a tire throwing my alignment off and had to bring it back twice to get the problem resolved Those two are the only bad I have had since coming to this discount I have been coming here for years and the good out weighs the bad by a hefty amount. I have been going to this discount for years. Most of the time I don't have issues with any of the work they do. At one point I brought 8 rims in for tires on both sets and one of those sets came out scratched I ignored it since I didn't have proof it wasn't scratched before bringing it in. Another situation I came in for an issue I was having on a car I had gotten an alignment that morning, but my alignment was off due to the weight of a tire. I came in saying the weight from a tire is throwing off my alignment and I asked for either a replacement or for them to move it to the back of the car. They took them off and balanced them, they told me that it was due to the cheap set of tires I bought but it should be fixed. I left and came back this time someone met me at the front saying they noticed me come back and realized something must not be fixed so they took the car in and I asked again to move the wheel to the back of the car they did that and it fixed my issue. Now this is only the two bad situations I have had with them other then those in the many years I have come here all the other times have been very great they have a long wait time but if you drop your car off and come back for it it makes the process simple. They let you know when it's done by text or email and they haven't lost my faith in this company. read more

Excellent and fast service!! I needed my tires rotated and went first thing in the morning. There was a line at the door and I got nervous because I had my 1yo son with me, and he isn't too patient. Thankfully, they opened the door and had a service member for each of us waiting. I was in and out within 10 min!! Thank you guys for being so efficient and kind. read more

I have bought tires from Discount for a long time but I will never go back. The three different employees that I talked to all lied to me. I guess they thought I was uninformed about tires and could lie to me. The first one told me that Continental Tire was out of business. The second one told that I had a bad plug and it couldn't be repaired. My tires have never had a plug and I pulled the tire when I got home and proved that it didn't have one. On and on!! read more

Let me start off by saying this is the BEST DISCOUNT TIRE location I have ever been to. We called ahead of time and they had our tires in stock. We were in and out quickly and professionally with our new tires on our trailer. Excellent customer service and super fast and efficient, don't hesitate to get your tires from this business. read more

I've been a fan of this place for years. The last 2 visits I've had issues with theft. Don't leave anything in your vehicle you wouldn't mind having stolen. You might say; buyer beware. I'll not be going back to this store again. You might think twice before going here. read more

Where can I start, the staff at Discount Tire are incredible and so customer focused just like all the Discount Tire locations we've visited. On the way for our weekend getaway, we had a tire blowout on our travel trailer. Fortunately, at Hudson Oaks, the next exit, there was Walmart with a huge parking lot where we were able to pull in and wait for roadside service to come change the blown tire. While waiting on roadside service, we checked to see if there was a Discount Tire close by and there was. Some of the other tires on the trailer were "suspect" so we decided to change out all the tires to be safe. I called the location and we were in luck, they had 5 (changed out the spare) tires of the size we needed and they were an upgrade of our current tires, much heavier duty. Roadside assistance got our spare mounted around 5:30 and we headed to Discount Tre which was 5 miles away. We arrived at 5:45pm and were warmingly greeted. Long story short, they worked on our RV until 7:15 and got us back on the road. Thank you Discount Tire for the incredible customer service. We are Discount Tire customers for LIFE! read more

Great customer service, easy to make an appointment online for 4 tires. Able to see what's in stock for quick service. Dropped my car off and received texts of the progress for accurate completion time. Very happy with this location and its service. read more

Christmas Eve 2022.... (Terrible day to need new tires) Showed up @ 7:35. Waited till they open & they immediately got on my car. Had two new tires on my car and out of there within 20 mins. Sad these guys were working on Christmas Eve but thankful they were open. Great Job! read more

09/09/19 4:35pm Saturday. Let me start by saying they are amazing! The service was impeccable! We had a blow out just outside of Mjneral Wells about 40 minutes away. Our usual discount tire at home was still an hour away and we would not make it there before they closed to get a new tire and maybe a new rim. We pulled up to discount tire in weatherford after calling them to be sure they had the size tire we needed. We walked in and despite the fact that they were obviously busy and the waiting area was about half full we were attended to right away. We ended up buying 4 new tires and having them installed. The estimated time was 5:45 so grateful because they actually closed at 5:00. We were in and out by 5:10; like 30 minutes!! Wow!! Great service, they didn't seem at all put out. We have been customers for many years and will continue to be. Service like this is sorely lacking in so many businesses. Thank you for excellent service start to finish! read more

Discount Tire - Right on the I-20 access road - Tires Near Me - Weatherford, Texas

This chain is the best business in America thanks to employees like Coke. I drove from California to Weatherford, Texas with the "flat tire warning light on!" We made stops in multiple states along the way and were told that the tires were okay. The highly skilled and trained professionals here in Weatherford were exceptional in professionalism, courtesy and customer care beyond our expectations and experience. They replaced the 4 sensors in the tires and enabled us to finally relax while driving. I highly and strongly recommend not only this company (Discount/Americas) Tires, but this location is unmatched in professionalism. I wonder how the other companies are able to stay in business. I highly recommend Discount Tire, this location especially. I have always been taken care of there. They go out of their way for their customers. I just bought new tires for my granddaughter's car, they found an issue with one of the wheels, called me and took care of it . Riley and Denzel were great to work with and took care of us. Thanks, Discount Tire, for going above and beyond for your customers. read more

My dealership's machine to fix my tire was broken, so they put my spare on and sent me to the Discount Tire in Weatherford. I had to be in Abilene at a certain time, so time was of the essence. Back at discount tire again for a bad valve stem on the work truck. Same great service as always. I love this place. I have had to visit 4 times in 3 different states over the last couple years. I always get the same great service from excellent staff no matter which location in the country I am in. I would drive well out of my way to get to a discount tire next time I need something. Such a relief to find a business that tries hard to treat you right. Keep up the good work!! read more

I'm not sure how this discount tire has so many 5 star reviews. The staff is nice, usually reliable work, but the wait at this location has gotten out of control. I have been coming to this location for 10 years and the wait over the last 3-4 years has quadrupled. Very limited appointment availability and two hour walk in waits. So if you have the time to spare, it's a great place. If you have places to be, I would find somewhere else. read more

I was traveling through Weatherford and when I stopped for the night at my hotel I discovered a flat tire on my trailer from a nail. On closer inspection I found another tire with a bubble. The discount tire was close and I called just before closing and they said bring it over in the am. I had a tight schedule to get to my destination safely the next day, I showed up when they opened and they came right out to meet me. We discovered 2 more tires with major issues and as we were doing paperwork I'm thinking I'll never get out of here in time to make it by dark. We finished up and they said it will be ready in 15 minutes! They put guys on it like a NASCAR pit crew and in just a few minutes I was back on the road. The people here are wonderful, definitely 5 out of 5 stars! read more

December 23, 2022. We had a flat during the winter storm traveling on the interstate for Christmas. Made it to Discount tire and were greeted immediately. Went in to have a screw taken out of my wife's tire. I had removed the tire an put it in the back of her Subaru. I went into the store and was immediately helped. The guy came out and looked the car tires over, we went back in and I was sitting down waiting within 5 min. of arrival. Sure enough, about 20 min. later the job was complete. Flat fixed, mounted, and spare back where it belongs. I asked what the cost was - it was free, no charge. Good job Discount Tire, I'll come back for my next set of tires. read more

You'd be crazy to buy tires anywhere else. Here's why: I changed out my KO2's on my 4Runner for a set of Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Wanted to try something different. And...after about 6,000 miles of use over 3 months determined that I HATED those tires. Super rough ride and really poor fuel mileage even by AT tire standards. So I went back to Discount--well I went to THIS Discount Tire here in Weatherford (but had bought the tires at the Arlington location) and told then exactly what I just typed here. Without hesitation they 1.) Balanced and rotated the Nitto's to see if that would eliminate my issues--at no charge. 2.) When that didn't help they replaced the tires and even refunded me the difference on the spare tire. Zero problems, no drama. Amazing. They repeatedly made it clear they just wanted me to be happy with the tires. Great guys, incredible service and a stress free experience. You can't beat having a place back up a big purchase like this on a product that, by nature, has a determined lifespan. I'll continue to buy tires here for the foreseeable future based on competitive prices and impeccable service. Thanks, guys! read more

We are here from California and had a tire go out. The tire was warranted at a different tire store in California but this site worked with the warranty company and not only ordered our tire but got it delivered and installed same day. They went above and beyond to help us. Because of our experience with this store we will buy our tires from here given we come to Weatherford at least 2 times a year! The staff are all extremely professional. We had 3 different people and each one was awesome! read more
