Excellent experience from start to finish! I purchased a set of tires online for a very good price and had them installed at Discount Tires in Seguin. My appointment was for 0800, I showed up on time and was met in the parking lot by David, one of their service advisors, and he took my keys, wheel lock and got me straight into bay one. He verified my purchase, preferred balancing and had the team started immediately and had the 4 tires installed and ready to go in 23mins. That is the best experience I've ever had at any tire shop and I highly recommend David and his team there at Seguin Discount Tire. Got here exactly at 8 am and there was already a line and even some people with appointments. Stood in line for 15 min. I was told at first I would only need a patch and tires rotation and the wait should be only 45 min since there was 3 people waiting. An hour and a half later they finally got to my car. Unbeknownst to me the tire that had a nail in it was already patched from when I bought the car at the dealer, I could only assume since I haven't had any issues with this car and it was the first time getting a nail in it. Turns out you can't patch a patched tire so my only option was to buy a new one. Of course they try to sell you two tires at a time at least and the only discounts they offer are on sets of four. Took a total of two hours and 20 minutes to get fully serviced, also ended up purchasing the least expensive tire for my car at $139 after the discount tire warranty (best $14 you'll spend, TRUST ME ON THIS) and taxes ended up walking away spending $201 for one tire + free tire rotation. Overall, the service men were very professional and nice. As I observed how they handled the other customers, I didn't see any issues pop off. What kept me from giving them a better rating was the time estimate I was given versus how much time I actually spent there. I would rather it have been an over estimate which I was told the 45 minutes was an over estimate, but clearly it was not. From a customer standpoint I could've gotten a lot more done in two hours if I was told that's how long my car would've took. Dealing with a tire issue has already stressful and inconvenient so I think discount tire should it train their sales representatives to gauge more accurate wait times to improve the customer experience. I can't say enough about the friendly & excellent service at this location! We took our 40ft RV in to have new tires put on. We called the night before & the mgr Neil was even willing to fit us in the evening before our scheduled appt when we mentioned being concerned about getting out of our location in the rain the next day but we ultimately didn't want the staff to be waiting for us so we went on Sat. (Later, we found out Neil had told his staff to be on the look out for us!) When we arrived Dallen, Jason, Devon, & Marco worked like a well oiled machine! All 4 of them moved so quickly & efficiently that we were in & out of Discount Tire way faster than we had hoped. Garrett answered some questions for us inside & was kind & helpful. The entire staff went above & beyond! This location is clean & conveniently located right off of I-10. We could tell that Neil manages a business where his employees work well together & are happy. That equals great results! You won't be disappointed if you purchase tires & have your work done here. I waited about a month to post bc I like to make sure everything was done 100% right. I'm revising my view, from a visit a month ago. And I believe rightfully so. I'm on a tight budget, so I purchased some tires (that DT cannot get) from a national online retailer. And I needed a tire shop to mount, balance, etc. I called this DT 4/3/25 at 5:55PM knowing they close 6. Ramos answered and I told him the scenario. He said sure. I set an appointment for 2:30PM, 4/4/25. I showed up early, and worked with Cullen M. He was fantastic. And honestly, the price of the work is reasonable, and they did it in a reasonable amount of time. Additionally, my lock lug key was jacked up from the last "mom/pop" shop I visited to have my tires rotated. So, the technician had to free up 3 of my lock lug-nuts. One was missing. So - overall, fantastic work by the technician and Cullen. The showroom and bathroom was immaculate as well. read more

I came in for a nail in my tire that unfortunately couldn't be repaired. As always, Discount Tire was honest, courteous, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. They quoted me a 1.5-hour wait during a very busy time, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was done much faster. The service is consistently professional, and I truly appreciate their integrity. My experience with Discount Tire: S,ervice H,onesty I,ntegrity T,ires... I bought Michelin tires for my Prius and they now have about 10,000 miles on them. I took it to DT and they told me that if they cant fix the flat tire I would have to buy a new tire and they dont have the same tire to match mine. And they also told me they would not put the tire back on if they cant fix it and I would have to buy a new tire if I want to drive it off. DT is charging for a warranty but as far as i can see have no intention of honoring it. I had to take my car to another tire shop and they were able to fix 2 tires with no problem and did not threaten to leave my tires off my car if they could not fix them. Both tires had visible screws in them and DT could have fixed these if they wanted to. It's all about money and not customer service. I will not buy anything from this scam organization EVER!!! read more

Outstanding! Wish I could give them more stars. Some of the reviews I read, really makes me wonder about the people who write them. I ordered 4 rims from them after searching the internet for days and ended up with Discount Tire being the best price and great looking rims. Andrew, from the moment I called, was friendly and very helpful, so I placed the order. he said they would be in about 2-3 days and they were. When he called me to let me know, I was out running errands and told him I would call him on the way home. He said no problem, we'll get you in and done in about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. That's what I did and that's what they done. It took 35 minutes to get the job done. From the time I walked in they welcomed me and were friendly. He did the paperwork, explained everything and showed me the rims (which looked really nice). Then they got started. He applied my military discount, told me cause I bought the rims there that I have a lifetime balance and rotation which I wasn't expecting and the rims have a warranty on them for cracks, and fading for a year. So Discount Tire gets 2 thumbs up for sales, service, timing and friendliness!! This by the way is the Seguin Texas location! read more
