A very courteous service representative Nate came out and assessed our tires. We did the free rotation and he did say we would be needing to think about getting some new ones soon. He actually showed my husband the tread wear number. The rotation service was free when we bought the tires read more

The staff was super friendly. They must have had 15 people working there. I had a nail in the tire and patched it in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday. Over a year ago I went to a different tire place and they said I needed a new tire but Discount Tire was able to fix it and I never had any problems with it so I went back with this flat. When it is time for new tires I will go back there. read more

Been here a couple of times for tire service and have always walked out happy. As much as I love Costco their tire center is an absolute joke. After being fed up with Costco I started buying tires at America's Tires when I lived back in California and haven't looked back. read more

Awful service wouldn't check air pressure on my rear dually wheels. Because they said they would have to take off the outside tire to get to it. And that's not true value stem is on the outside of the wheel. They only check the front. I guess they're scared to get their hands dirty read more

I usually go to NTB in Mount Juliet because that's where my family and I have always gone. However they turn me away so quickly today and we're so rude. I called discount tire and they immediately took me, my repair done within two hours and the tire repair was free, I have never experienced something so quick and the free service was a huge bonus I will definitely be back. read more

I spoke to Steve over the phone, told him I needed to replace all 4 tires. He patiently went through my best options, in my budget, for my make of car. He quoted me a price. When he was unable to get those tires delivered, he upgraded my tires- at the original quoted price!! I show up for my appt and my car is ready to go within 40 minutes. Truly wonderful service from beginning to end read more

Monday morning flat tire. Arrived with the tire in the trunk. Service advisor Xavier looked up my warranty and had to order my replacement tire. The shop was very busy and I left only to get a text from Discount Tire that the car was up and rolling by 12:15 pm. Excellent customer service and I have to thank Xavier and Discount Tire for their quick fix to a lousy start on a Monday morning. read more

I needed new tires for my Audi Q5 so I looked up price and availability on their website. The tire quality and price was good, so I made a purchase Tuesday night and my husband and I stopped there the next morning without an appointment. They were busy and many were waiting before they opened but it was very organized By already placing the order we were scheduled quickly and after a short wait the tires were installed. Our service manager was Lloyd and he checked to ensure the mileage reminder was reset and everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. Since then I receive reminders about free tire rotation and balance and free air checks. It was a great experience and value. Highly recommend. read more

They don't honor appointments and they don't have it together. It's always a mess. Try somewhere else. Bummer.

Again, do not take your vehicle there. They lied to my wife and told her she needed two new tires and she did not. This comes from her simply taking a nail out of a tire and patching it up over there. Their reputation is all over the place about these kinds of things. If I was up there that never would've happened guaranteed. Ripped her off for close to 300 bucks. She doesn't know any better. read more

My son gave me a call in the middle of a 1600 mile road trip as he was approaching Nashville to tell me the car was vibrating. I located the next Discount Tire on his route and gave them a call. Jacob set up an appointment for him but my son actually showed up just a few minutes later. He got the vehicle in, diagnosed, and had a new tire on his vehicle in under an hour. He's back on the road and everything is working perfectly. I know we probably got lucky and caught them at just the right time but even so, that was amazing! Thanks to Jacob and the team who worked on his car and got him back on the road so quickly read more

The staff were unhelpful and seemed more focused on making money than providing quality service. The wait time was long, and they didn't appear very responsible. I had my tires changed, but they weren't secured properly--some bolts were almost loose. If I hadn't caught it, it could have led to a serious accident. read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Mount Juliet, Tennessee

While traveling I65 home one late afternoon, I received a warning light about my tire pressure. As a recent resident to TN, my husband and I had switched our tire service to Discount Tire. A huge plus to me are the many locations in TN. I pulled off the highway to a location in Mt Juliet at 5:50pm, not knowing they closed at 6pm. The assistant manager, Jackson met me at the door, very calm and professional. He assured me they would take care of the problem, irregardless of the time. He very thoroughly checked all my tires, refilled the air in each one, and checked my sensor system. He explained how the system worked so I could better understand the warnings. The service provided by Jackson at this location was excellent and I will be a longstanding customer if this is a standard of care in all their locations. read more

I bounce back and forth between two local auto mechanics and both of them swear by Discount Tire. I came in knowing I needed four brand new tires and I was worried about the cost and the time it would take. I haven't had much luck in the past with tires shops. I was told for four mid-range new tires it would be $400+ total and I paid an extra $75 for an 80K mile warranty. Totally worth it! I was told it could take 3-hours to complete, but revived a call an hour later that my was car was all set. I've since brought my wife's car here and they still had her old warranty info from CA on file. Her tires were free! read more

Tires balanced and aligned on Honda sedan. Hospitable staff, very friendly. Efficient and very reasonable price.

I recently purchased 2 new Pirelli run flats and it was a bit complicated as one was covered by a third party warranty. Unfortunately, on my first visit, they did not stock these tires and the associate,Steve, tried to order one but said it would take 2 months. So i purchased a non run flat since i needed my car. I checked with another DT store and he was able to locate one to arrive in just a few days. I then decided to buy a matching one so had to order another one. After several conversations with Steve, he was able to locate another. Today i was fortunate to be helped by Lloyd who was very professional and worked tirelessly to deal with the warranty folks. It took a lot of his time and he kept me informed wach step. Manager Also worked to help me and dealt fairly with me. Finally, the crew changing tires i observed to be working very hard to serve the customer un a timely fashion. The backbone to the store. Ill be back! read more

Returning from Florida after a medical treatment for wife. A flat tire on I40, we limped into the store. This group immediately took care of us. Fixed our issues and put us back on the road. My handicap wife was able to stay in the car during repairs Can't express enough how much we appreciate Discount Tire. That why I brought my tires three years ago. The value. The customer service. The professionals. Thank you again read more

I called this morning saying I wanted a specific tire to match up with the tires already on my truck. They stated they didn't have it in stock but could have it after lunch if ordered before 9:30am. So, I called back and they ordered it and it came in after lunch like they said it would. Anyway, great service and great tires are the kind of customer service you receive this store. I ordered my tire at about 8 am this morning and they called about 2pm saying it was in. Furthermore, my tire was put on and paid for by 3pm. Now, that's what I call customer service. In summary, if you call this store to special order a specific tire, you might get it installed that afternoon like I did. They have reasonable prices too. They didn't try to sell me anything else either which I like. Thus, 5 Stars from me. Final Thoughts: I'm happy with the service I received here today and would come back again. So, I highly recommend this tire store. A few years ago, I noticed a lot of these stores being built all across the south. For the first time, I thought I would give them a try. And I'm glad I did as I am a truly happy customer. read more

Discount Tire - New Tire for big truck - Tires Near Me - Mount Juliet, Tennessee

First time visit to any Discount Tire Store...in the past have used NTB and Firestone tire stores in Mt Juliet, and Mavis Discount Tire in other cities. In and out in less than 1 hour BECAUSE I made an appointment for a Thursday, confirmed tires were available, and thereby avoided Monday and Saturday. Fair and clear pricing. Some tips: * Some tires from major manufacturers are unique to Discount Tire. While better value, price comparison is deliberately more difficult. For instance, I bought Continental Control Contact Sport SRS+ sold only by Discount Tire. * I tried to make an appointment online to buy 4 tire. That only worked if prepared to pre-pay for the tires. Since not what I wanted to do, stopped in on Monday to make an appointment for Thursday am. That worked...but required two trips. * Comparable pricing with COSTCO with a wider selection * Avoid Saturdays and Mondays. I waited 15+ mins on a Monday just to make a Thursday appointment. There was no wait on Thursday. Was still worthwhile to stop in Monday to avoid the wait as a walk-in. * After purchase, complimentary tire pressure check and tire rotation. * Tire rebate is an electronic process. The form is finicky entering information in exact format required. Need invoice number off receipt. * There is no wheel alignment services offered. That's odd for a tire store, but does simplify selling and mounting tires. * Phones ring forever. Stopping in might work better. * Apply for Discount Tire credit card for 6 month financing. 12 month on more expensive tires. Bank is Synchrony. Online application took just few mins. Small Gripes: * Ask if a tire rebate applies. Since none was offered, I asked the service advisor to check. He found a $70 rebate. Would have been missed had I not spoken up. * Email request for an appointment went unanswered. So just stopped in. This store is a major operation, and incredibly busy location. Closed Sunday, and half-day on Saturday. Courteous employees have a positive attitude. I plan to return PS I was curious...Discount Tire is the largest independent tire retailer in the USA, with 1,000+ locations in 35 states. It's privately run read more

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable team. A screw punctured my tire and I was dreading bringing in my car because I knew I was going to need new tires. Just purchased 4 new tires at this shop thanks to Facebook recommendations and I'm so happy I listened! Each employee I interacted with was kind, honest, and reassuring. They were prompt to greet me, give me a fair quote and start working on my vehicle. They gave me a great deal on 4 new tires which came with an excellent warranty! So happy I discovered this place. I now feel so safe driving downtown for work daily. If you need new tires, 10/10 recommend! read more

I had purchased my tires and booked my appointment online. When I went in they were able to complete my services quickly. I am so appreciative of the staff here! They helped me out with 4 new tires. I have been in a financial rut. Been Door Dashing in my truck, trying to make ends meet. My credit score has been suffering, so I didn't get approved for the discount tire card. I wasn't quite sure what i was going to do. Steve was the employee helping me, he said he couldn't let me drive off the lot with the condition my tires were in. The concern for their customers safety is above and beyond. I am forever grateful! I will definitely be going back to them for any and all tire needs. The volume of business they receive speaks for itself. They are always busy but always makes time for their customers! I will be recommending this location to all my family and friends. Thank you MJ Discount Tire team! read more

Sean was the best! I was coming from out of town and needed helped. They got me back on the road safe. So thankful

Bought 4 brand new Michelin tires online. Showed up for my appointment only to spend 4 hours there. First, they put 4 new tires on someone else's car and brought me my ticket and their keys. Mine hadn't even been touched. Mistakes happen, I get it. Finally got my car, no apologies or anything. Next day, my low tire light comes on. Went to Brentwood discount tire and they got my sensors reset. I hop on the interstate to only realize my tires weren't balanced correctly either bc my wheel shakes as I get up to speed. Go back to Brentwood the next day bc my sensor keeps going on and off, and my tires need balancing. I head back Monday and hope they can actually get me fixed up. 3 days of missing hours of work plus going back and forth just to get the job that should have been done right the first time. Plus I guarantee they damaged one of my tire sensors which I'll have to replace bc I know they'll skip out on it like they've done everything else. Brentwood has at least been nice and apologetic unlike the Mount Juliet location! read more

My girlfriend took my truck in for tires. My truck had no symptoms of any steering or alignment problems. It cost around $1,600. They called and told me I needed some steering parts replaced and they quoted me almost another $1,600. My truck is about 12 years old and close to 200k in mileage so it seems reasonable to me but I explained that I can't afford that right after spending $1,600 on tires. My truck now pulls to the right and has play in the steering wheel. Didn't before, does now. I regret having my truck serviced here. read more

My husband and I were driving through on our way back to Virginia when we got a flat tire. We were so thankful this place was less than a mile away. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!! Thank you so much!!!! read more

I went for my first visit to here last week and got 4 new tires. I showed them a screenshot of the price Walmart had on Goodyear! I did have to wait 3 hrs but he was working me in. Thanks to Chase and Steve! They were so kind and helpful! read more

I've had good experiences here in the past. But in the last year or so, their customer service has really declined. It seems like they care more about their phone calls than the customers in their store. Showed up on time for an appointment today to three associates on the phone. Wasn't acknowledged by any of them for 10 minutes. So that's 10 minutes longer my tire rotation just took. I'd rather spend money somewhere else, because I can't get my time back. read more

Went in for a routine tire rebalance and rotation. Had to explain how to do a 5 wheel rotation to the "pro" who looked like he was about 12 years old. He was so busy trying to sell me a new set of tires (despite the fact that my tires barely have 8k miles on them) that I had to explain twice. Went to pick up my meticulously clean vehicle to find greasy handprints all over my wheels, and the shift knob on my manual transmission had been removed and re-installed upside down (wtf?). While I was there I was one of a dozen customers who watched through the glass, in dismay, as half the tire techs danced around like a bunch of clowns. Forget tires, this store wants you to come see their shaved apes exhibit. This is the second bad review I've left for this store. It seems like every time I go there hoping they've improved, and they just get worse. read more

Came back today after getting a flat tire - I had purchased three new tires for my car in November and was very satisfied with the service at Discount Tire and was looking to go back to see if they could help. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to give me a time estimate to get my tire plugged. They plugged my tire for FREE! I always get great service from them and they replace tires when something happens. I got 4 new tires in 40 minutes.

When shopping for tires or looking for great tire service and the friendliest folks, look no further than your nearest Discount Tire shop! For this particular location: I must say, of the many Discount Tire shops my wife and I have visited, the Mount Juliet location was the fastest at assisting waiting customers, had the most friendly staff, and serviced our vehicle the quickest, bar none. Discount Tire already has some of the best prices on new tires you can find anywhere, but combine that with the fact that they price-match if you find better prices elsewhere (even reputable online vendors!), they generally always have super-friendly and welcoming staff (rare for any type of car-repair type store), and are fast and efficient in getting your job done, you have a great recipe for a company that will get my family's business for years to come. Pro-Tip: Even if you aren't a "warranty person," BUY the Tire Certifications (the staff call them "Certs"). They're very affordable: generally $10-20 a tire, and allow FREE replacement should anything happen to them! Even if you run over a nail, bust it completely, or it falls apart. They also give you free tire rotation and servicing to maintain optimal tire performance for the LIFETIME of those tires! read more
