I've been a loyal patron of this place for years. While the expense of replacing tires is never something I look forward to, I always receive top-notch service from the staff here. I appreciate that they thoroughly explain my options and set proper expectations for service times and costs. They always tell me ahead of time what they are going to do, then follow up again at the end with a review of what has been done. The 2-minute air check is a super convenient service, and I appreciate being able to schedule appointments online. I think the number of familiar faces that I've seen over the years is a testimonial to this being a well-run business, and on my visit today, I'm thrilled to see that one of my favorites has even been promoted to manager! So I took two tires that I had bought elsewhere to Discount Tire to have them installed. The wait wasn't bad and the staff was friendly. UNTIL, they call me into the bay and try to tell me that my wheel is bent. But they couldn't seem to show me where the wheel was hopping on the machine they test it on (And the guy tried REALLY hard to get it to hop and it wouldn't). Little did this guy know that I work for a tire and wheel warranty company and know ALL about bent wheels and I told him so. So I looked at the guy and told him I wanted a radial, harmonic and T.I.R. print out showing the measurements of the wheel. The three techs standing there jaws dropped and stuttered they did not have a way to do that (which is not true, we get print outs all the time at my office). So I asked them to write it on my final paperwork, which they did not do. They were going to try to charge me $175 to fix a "small" bend. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They looked at me and saw a young girl thinking I wouldn't know what they were talking about and tried to take advantage of that! read more

The only tire place I would go to for all my tire service, rotation, replacement - you name it. They are super friendly; it never feels like you're being put on a high pressure sales tactics, and most importantly they get the job done, fast. Plus, they have fairly new car magazines, coffee, and bottled water as you wait. Highly recommended. read more

Bought a set of 4 tires here. Staff and time in/out etc. were perfect. The guy helping me was super awesome and easy to work/deal with.

Took my silver metal tire valve caps and replaced them with the black stock plastic ones... noticeable difference. Other than that, I have no issues. They were friendly, got me to the price I was was willing to go, and got the job done. read more

I always price shop online and by calling into different stores such as firestone, tires plus, and etc. I always end up at discount tires because they have the best customer service and they are very fast and most importantly, they are honest. I have been to tires plus where they told me i needed new tires when i clearly did not on a 1 year old car with 18000 miles. I have been to discount tires a few times and they are Always honest with me and never give me any pressure. Tim Yi helped me and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. All they sell is tires and balancing so they don't try to upsell you on brakes, brake fluid flush, alignment and all the other nonsense that most tire stores do. One of the guys at work who rebuilds cars told me to go to Discount Tire to have my new alloy wheels and BF Goodrich tires balanced. Some of their stores have a computerized "road force balancer" which is supposed to be the best. I called Sat morning, made an appt at 3pm and was there 5 min early. I stood there and watched every single thing they did. They got me in and out in an hour, as opposed to 4 hours for Bulter tire and their VERY expensive on the vehicle high speed balancing. Every single person in the place greeted me and was genuinely friendly. Price for the balance was reasonable. I have special locks and plastic covers over the lugs and wanted to show them how to remove those without damage: no worries. I was totally blown away by the great service and friendly people. Tires are a commodity and can be purchased anywhere. I buy service. They treated my new $2500 set of wheels and tires as if they owned them. Highly recommended. Ask for Marco. read more

I have been a Discount Tire customer for close to 10 years now in two states. A couple years ago I went into Discount and bought four new tires but found out I could have saved a couple hundred dollars on less expensive tires. They brought out a tire that was just horrible. When I thought about it after the fact, it was a ploy to see something of lesser quality. So here I am two years later and I didnt get my tires rotated. The front were worn but the back were in good shape. The sales said we don't advise changing the tires because of safety reason. He kept telling me over and over the same thing. He meant they would not rotate my tires even though I have a lifetime rotation for FREE! The man said if I had proper rotation the tires would not be worn. SO ITS MY FAULT NOW. Here comes the sale. He said I will buy the back tires from you give you all new tires for $500. I only was there for a rotation. I told him he is crazy. Then he said ok I have two new tires for the front for $350. Again he was crazy. He dropped the price to $300 for two new front tires, but one of my front tires were fine though. I went into the store and had choice words because tires should not be worn down in two years at 25000 miles. One of the tires was just crap. I'm done with big stores like this and will go to the little man on the corner. Oh I went on the corner the tire guy gave me a good used tire the same tread and size in the front, rotated the front to the back and back to the front for $48 dollars. Figure that! read more
